never been inside but the drive through ATM is way too small. It is way too small for any car to fit through. My car ( Honda Civic) is just fitting by INCHES. Invest in a wider ATM space.

Forty-five minutes before it closed, I went to the bank to open an account. As I waited patiently, no one acknowledged me or even said hello when I walked into the bank. The clerk Cesar later came up to me two minutes before they closed to inform me that they could not open the account because they closed at two o'clock. The fact that his card claims he is a vice president only serves to highlight how poorly he represents the organization! His client care is appalling; he shows no consideration for them. When customer service is subpar, especially when it comes to crucial issues like opening an account, it is disappointing. Without a doubt, I will do business elsewhere!

All the employees are very polite and willing to help - customers should understand if they wait longer than 2 minutes because these employees are doing their best to give prefect 10 service to each and every person.

Don't waste your time, try other banks nearby instead. I had a CD that was matured yesterday and the banker told me that I had to go to the branch to make changes (whether add money, change the terms and close it). I made an appointment to meet with a banker online and got confirmation of his availability, got in and the banker was servicing another customer. There was only one banker working, so I had to wait even though I made an appointment. I totally did not understand why I needed to visit the branch to make changes to my CD and why only one banker was on duty during a normal business day. The banker, Hugo O. was very friendly and patient to answer all my questions though. I just did not like the way how Chase does it's business.

I’m leaving this review because my mother came home expressing how much associate banker Ahmad Butt was so helpful and patient while she created a new account with Chase. He went as far as assisting my mother with setting up her zelle which I think was so kind! Thanks Ahmad for your service! My family appreciates you!

The manager Fazah Aftabodeen was extremely nasty and not helpful when I came into the branch to ask why my accounts had been closed out of nowhere. Took my money right out of Chase due to constant incompetence.

Could not get my money out. Was told to go home and call the 800 number. I called the number and the costumer service person said I need to go to the branch and they would help me. I told them that the branch said they couldn’t. Was told that it was not true.

I recently had an issue with an ATM while depositing a check, and was about to cancel my transaction. Ms. Aftabodeen had just arrived and was headed to her cubicle when she noticed my frustration. She approached me and patiently demonstrated the subtlety of pressing the ATM button on that particular machine to complete my transaction. Cheers!
