It was good and straight up,the only thing I don't like is they make you or try to make you get insurance on the car before they let you know what the banks are saying or what your payment will be.1 comes before 2Meaning we as customers should know the what is going on before 2 making any moves to do anything.which will make a understanding greater then anything good or bad....But other then that they did goodThe communication is on point!!!especially with Nathan the Financial dude....

Exceptional Car Buying Experience with C-Rich Cars!I recently purchased a Porsche from C-Rich Cars, and I must say that my experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into their dealership, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.The staff was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my preferences, as picky as they are.What impressed me the most was their willingness to negotiate deals. They were transparent and fair. This level of professionalism and integrity is truly commendable, as it made the car buying experience stress-free.The dealership's inventory of luxury vehicles, including the Porsche I purchased, was vast and well-maintained. The car I chose was in impeccable condition.I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a high-quality vehicle!!

Where do I begin !!! As I walked in I was greeted by Chris(part owner) and Yuri(owner) who greeted myself and my daughter with a smile. My appointment was scheduled for 5pm on a Friday and sale person ( Jazmine ) worked with me to solidify a deal. There were 2 luxury cars that I loved. However the moment I walked into my chosen car I knew I was walking out the dealer with it . Jazmin was delicate to my daughter providing her crayons and paper to write as we begun the process . I knew this was too good to be true , when finance and owner came to me and told me “ I got you “. With the stigma about dealers - I knew he was just going to be the same as others . However he was not . He told me that I was walking out with the card tonight . Rueben ( Port Manager) and Julio allowed me to test my vehicle and made sure that all the vehicles in the lot was moved and attitude was phenomenal . We had some hiccups which made us return thefollowing day, but God saw fit that everything would work out . We laughed we cried and ultimately Jazmin and top of the line financial director, Nelson nailed it. In less than 15 minutes I was approved . Thank you C- Rich Cars and marketing management for supporting us through this luxurious process !!!! If I missed anyone , my apologies ❤️❤️❤️
