I don't like how they left hair dye on forehead and I didn't get a blow out. The person was rushing my hair to get to another customer, and I arrived early to my appointment. I had told the staff that I have a lot of hair, which they should have reserved enough time to do my hair. She only passed the hair dryer on my hair and when I went home I realized my hair was still wet in the back. What I feel unfair about this is that I still got charged for all the services that weren't correctly done.

Ashley is wonderful and so talented and Caroline is the greatest! The color always turns out better and better. The hairstyle, always a winner.

Brittany and Company is the most disgusting hair salon I have ever been to in my life. They are very rude. The prices are completely off the charts and there's something very shady about that place. I wouldn't go in there if I were a dead fly cause I believe there's a lot of rats around in thereroses is the place to go

Had an appointment scheduled today at 5:30 pm arrived early …. I have alot thick hair. Minute I sit down Libby has a straight face doesn’t even say anything. Then mid blow says I don’t want to injure my arm again? Once again this could’ve been avoided before I sat down. Yes I was upset after working 12 hour shift the last thing I needed. Very unprofessional overall. Front desk had nothing say nor apologize.Service: Hairstyling

I had a very bad experience here. The hair stylist did a very rude thing. I sat in her chair with dripping wet hair while she did a "touch up" on another customer. I sat for over 15 minutes waiting for her. Finally I decided I had waited too long. Since I am not rude I did give her a 20% tip and left... with wet hair. Needless to say I will not be returning.
