The car buying experience is something that I dread and will put off. The reasons for this were confirmed when dealing with another local dealership (in NJ). While looking into other options I reached out to Marchese. Dealing with Eric has given me new hope in the process of car buying. Eric was extremely responsive with his communication and there was no game playing, no hidden fees/ charges etc. He was able to give us a fair price, better than the other 2 dealerships we were talking to after our fiasco with NJ dealership. A very straightforward experience. For these reasons they will be the first ones we come to the next time we are in the market for a car. Thank you Eric!!

I requested a test drive online. Someone called me immediately and I scheduled the test drive for the next day. The following morning they called me to confirm that I was coming. An hour before my appointment, I called them and confirmed that the car was available to drive. I was assured that it was on the lot and available. "Of course, they would honor my appointment" When I arrived (after driving an hour to get there) I was informed that the car was sold and that they "tried" to call me and "maybe" had texted me! What an unreliable, dishonest dealership. Avoid them at all costs.

Extremely accommodating and transparent! Bryan and Eric made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I hope to continue buying Chevy’s from Marchese in the future! The family values are evident from start to finish.

Ummm I'm a little bummed but going to have to look for a new place for oil changes. I have a Chevy Cruise and have been going here for servicing and oil change for about two years. They have always done a good job at reasonable pricing. Well, just called to make an appointment for an oil change and they tell me they don't do them after11:00 am. Like WHAT? Which can't be true because I work mornings and have always gone there in afternoon. They just lost a regular. Ridiculous...so unprofessional.

Seriously shocked with the negativity. I've been in the business 20 years and did business with them as just a regular consumer off the street - seamless, fair, professional and quick. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. After buying my truck from them I only then realized what every dealership I've worked in was lacking. Did I get everything I wanted? No. did I beat the price to death so they made no money? No. Did I treat them sub-par because I "know" the stereotypes of "typical car salesmen"? Also no. I was nothing but an educated consumer that received tremendous help from finance because I was politely honest and upfront from the beginning- and had reasonable expectations for everyone to make out okay on all sides. I would and WILL continue to send refer and clients to Marchese from here out in hopes they won't be the typical abusive stereotyping consumer like you all and treat them like garbage and expect them to lose money on their behalf like the rest of you excellent experience 5 stars, will buy from them again. Service is slow and takes forever. I was told it would only take an hour for my vehicle to be done, 3 and half hours later I was still sitting there. Save yourself the trouble and take your vehicle to a local shop.

We've purchased multiple cars from Marchese. When we return them, they have TWICE NOW, failed to pay the final payment on the lease they promised to pay. Both times, they completely screwed up credit scores. The second time, however, Brian felt the need to provide us with his idea of helpful advice, as we were trying to refinance-his advice: that this error wasn't a big deal, because interest rates would stay low. His advice was very much unappreciated, as was the flippant attitude of the company's dealings with this situation. We had to chase them down to have this rectified and they acted as though we were a bother to THEM, after they demolished our credit. The credit score has STILL not recovered to what it was prior to Marchese's inability to follow through. Deeply disappointed and will certainly be spreading this far and wide. Times are tough enough without this company gambling with our finances. They should be ashamed of themselves. Also a note to anyone at Marchese if you read this: I can gladly provide all emails, should Marchese feel the need to say that any of this is untrue as a reply to this review. What you should really be doing, instead, is calling my husband and rectifying it further. Your efforts up to this point are abysmal.

DON’T Buy from here!! Should’ve read the reviews prior to leasing and buy out. Two times had issues to bring back should’ve been covered under warranty. First time they couldn’t find the problem just said the truck made that noise. Second time, I would think think a Chevy Silverado leased vehicle with only 22,000 miles and at the end of its lease with the finish coming off the steering wheel would be covered before purchasing it??? Nope they say normal wear and tear!!! I thought Chevy stood behind their vehicles!!! So disappointed!!! I see this dealership doesn’t stand behind the vehicles they sell. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!

Our lease was maturing and getting our hands on the exact truck that my husband had his heart set on was proving to be quite difficult here on Long Island in the middle of a pandemic! When we found a 2020 Chevy Colorado ZR2 in the exact color that we wanted at Marchese Chevrolet, we decided to take a ride up to check it out. Best decision we ever made! The dealership was closed, but we reached out to Bryan via email. He was very responsive and super helpful. We were able to negotiate a fair price and he took care of everything for us remotely. When we came to pick the truck up, everything was exactly as promised. No issues. No "surprises". He even waited extra late for us to come up from Long Island after work. This was the best car buying experience that my husband and I have ever had! To make it even better, my husband absolutely loves his new truck!! Thank you Bryan!!!!

DON'T MAKE A DEAL WITH THEM! HORRIBLE SERVICE! To begin with, Andy was not helpful and handled all the follow-ups very poorly. He never knew any info to give. Although Andy is not a good sales man, we made the deal, only because they are local to the area I live and my husband really wanted the new Silverado. Believe me, despite the truck which we love it, this dealership has been a HUGE HEADACHE now! We traded in our older Silverado, but they NEVER PAID OFF to the bank we owed. They claimed they sent the amount we owed to the bank we had a loan, BUT THEY NEVER DID! Our credit is going to be ruined because of their lack of attention and being very careless. PLEASE DON'T MAKE A DEAL WITH THEM! They are not helpful, every time (basically daily now) I called them, no one helps! The bank claims they never received the check and loan still opened, they said they didn't receive anything! And I am the one who needs to be following up daily to make sure they really sent the check and if the bank receives it. This is SO WRONG.
