The women at the alteration department were a huge help. But when it came to helping me pick out pieces for my uniform the ladies up front were snotty, rude, and completely unhelpful. They not only did they refused to look at my measurement paper but said they would not help. Seems like they’d rather gossip at the registers than do their job.

Is routinely out of essential ranks, insignia, and other materials nearly every month. When asked if they have any they will check the back or refer customs to Bradley’s. Meanwhile Bradley’s does not carry all standardized military gear so Soldiers are often working with sub standard equipment or military appearance is lacking. This could be mitigated if clothing and sells was equipped for a post the size of Fort Drum.

They texted me my order was ready on a Saturday. Went on Monday and they told me it was not ready, to wait 20 more mins, after 20mins they told me it would be 20-60mins more. So I went the next day, the order was ready, but my last name was not written completely (got two last names) they just wrote one.

About what you'd expect at an Active Duty MCSS. While visiting from out of the area, the clerk was real snotty when I walked in at 1755. Place closes at 1800. Being from out of the area, I wasn't familiar with operation hours.

Looking for ribbons the were sold out of most of them, looking for dress belt, sold out, I asked for help and the lady was like I'm going to be doing the same thing you are... 2 sets are better then one, she even said I was the only one in the store.
