Filed virtually on 2/13/23 and have not heard back from Debra. She has not replied to my messages at all, and has not called or emailed. We reached out to H and R Block and waiting for Debra to tell us what is going on. This has been the second time I have had a horrible experience. Last year, they had me sit in the office for 5.5 hours because they were unable to file my taxes. I ended up leaving and going to Jackson Hewitt, where I spent about 20 mins and it was done successfully. I will no longer be using this company to file my taxes.

My wife and I received letters in 2021/22 from NY State and Georgia stating we owe(d) a combined amount in-excess of $8,000 from when we filed our 2018 taxes. The Georgia Taxes weren’t even uploaded onto the HR Block online-digital system when filed. Georgia is now threatening to execute a tax lien because it’s taking so long going through hoops with HR Block to try to rectify the issue.
