Easiest car rental place I've ever used. I had to extend my rental a few times and they were so helpful and flexible. The price was so much cheaper than other places I've used. I also thought it was amazing they rent to under 25 so younger soldiers can also use them and they are located right inside of the px. I won't use a different rental place as long as we're here.

I brought the car back 3hours late and this guy charged me a whole day late fee of 72$. If your a soldier at Drum please please please don't do business here, it is not worth it!

Dude Joel rents me a car which has dirt on the exterior and stained seats and when I return it tells me the car is fine and he will refund me my full deposit. Then he refunds me my deposit minus $30 and when I call tells me I returned it with dirt on it and should have gotten a car wash but he will give me my money back anyway. Never gave my money back after 3 calls. Car was fine otherwise but I have never heard of getting a rental a car wash unless you drove the thing through absurdly dirty conditions.

Cheap rates, super friendly and professional and super flexible. Our car was in the shop and they kept chwnging when the car was going to be done and it was handled quick and with flexibility. Amazing, AMAZING people. Will definitely be renting and possibly buying with them. Thank you again for being so flexible and amazing it saved us so much stress

I have rented a car there and submitted a bad review at first, but when I went to the main Gwizz off-post to get my car inspected, I explained the incident that happened back in 2017 to Shawn and he got back to me within 3 days, and he explained all the charges on my bill.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE!!! Yes they have the cheapest rates in the area. They also have the most expensive fees. We had to go through two tolls and they were only $12 each but we were charged a total of $124 because they claimed the toll company charged them a $50 “administrative fee” on each toll. On top of that they “only” charged him an extra $200 for the mileage. Saying they cut us a deal because it should have been $500. Talked to the owner and his reasoning was “you broke the contract”. When we never received any warning or paper saying it cost $50 per toll and that we would be breaking the contract by taking the car out of state. Which we HAD to do because his car had finally been shipped here and we had to pick it up. We rented from them for a week and a half so we had already given them plenty of money and they continued to take more. Horrible customer service, rude on the phone and in person. Never renting from here again.

10/5 if I could rate it higher they helped me when I needed it. The gentleman there have is the helped we needed. Definitely a place to go if your in need of a rental!

Please do not rent from this place it's a rip off to soldiers I rented a car for a month, went to New York City for Labor Day got a toll ticket and was charge 30 cents For ever mile I put on the car and basically lost the 2000 miles that comes with the vehicle per month end up paying over $2000 better off going to enterprise please stay away from the place.

Amanda was wonderful and fast. I came in for a car photo inspection for my insurance. She even replaced my registration sticker for me and she noticed I needed new rear brakes, bad. Which I knew ?. I definitely recommend this place!
