So back in June I purchased a set of tires from these clowns. So 2 months later I was exiting I-81, braking from 75mph and it felt like my front tires were going to fall off from the shaking n vibrations. So I immediately get out n checked my wheels. Come to find out, they didn't balance them. So yesterday I took my truck back and told them. The one short fat, bigg eyed worker insisted I needed rotors all around, because they test drove it on Ft. Drum. Mind you, the speed limit on Drum is 40, so how can you get results from doing 40 mph. I said, "How, the truck is not even 2 yrs old, just balance my tires and I'll go from there". So tires are balanced, all 4 and I get on rte 11 and got up to 65 mph and immediately applied the the breaks. Guess what, the problem was fixed. So all in all I didn't need rotors at all, it was just the incompetence of the these workers at Goodyear on Ft. Drum. I will never go there again and wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

They wouldn't even fix a flat tire without making it complicated or wanting me to leave my car there for a week. Absolute garbage. Go off post.

I want to personally thank the entire Team & Staff at the Fort Drum Goodyear Store for doing an awesome job on all of my vehicles! The Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and very professional! Thank you again for the awesome service and experience!

Look,
I'm sure the price and service provided is good enough. But why does it take over an hour to do an oil change.
I have an appointment, showed up on time for it, sitting here 1:07 later, still not done.
It's a chevy Tahoe, not some exotic foreign car

Good year staff refused to come out and help me with replacing my tire. They told me that I had to leave my vehicle with them for 2 days inorder for them to help me put on my spare tire on. I had to phone road side assistance to come to good year parking lot to get my tire replaced. If good year was kind enough I would have ordered a new tire from them. A similar incident happened to another Soldier who needed good year to replace thier flat tire. Good year refused to help him and the Soldier phoned road side assistance for help. Emergency like flat tires should be a priority at Good Year since it is Soldiers on base seeking thier help. Good year failed to help me.If you get a flat tire do not go to Good Year.

I’m beginning to get skeptical on this location. Just spent $454 getting my EVAP fixed (05/15/24) Now the check engine light is coming back on, and I’m getting the same code reading 7 hours later. This is the second time I’ve gone here, gotten it fixed, spend over $450/$500+, and the light has come on again the same day as pick up.

We have been taking our cars here for nearly 3 years now but most recently had to get the lights changed in our charger, the 2 bulbs are like $500. Macie had experience with the same car and thought to check the fuses first because she knew that was a common issue. Saved us over $400! Staff is friendly, experienced, they communicate well and the waiting area is very clean. We highly recommend

I got a nail in one of my tires on post and they took me in immediately. The staff are friendly, work quickly, communicate their progress regularly, and provided fair pricing.Even though I had a nail in only one tire, they looked at the others and realized my tread was low on all of them. Considering that I have all-wheel drive, they recommended I get all new tires. The price was very fair for four Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady tires. The price was so good it felt like they forgot to add labor and taxes.I would definitely go back. No doubt.
