This place is atrocious customer service is horrible the condition of the rooms are disgusting… The water is not safe to consume… this is worse than a truckstop… make sure you walk with a bottle water to brush your teeth the water is not good to use

Really quit and good services, they don't ask you desperately to check out, you can take your time and enjoy your coffee with the nice green view sitting outside.

There was a long black strand of hair waiting when I turned down the blankets .Otherwise it was fairly clean and a nice place for the price.Matress was kind of firm for my taste.

NEVER AGAIN. If I can give it zero stars I would. If you are coming to Malone area and need a room book in advance so you can start somewhere nice. My bed had a dead bug in it. I doubt he changed the sheet. When I told him about the bug he rolled his his and told me to bring him the sheets. He didn’t change the towels. I came Sunday at 4a and I asked about staying just for Sunday he charged me twice and said that’s not how it works. The carpet is gross and the heat barely works. But oh well. Live and learn.
