The negative reviews on here appear to be people devoid of personal responsibility! I have had Nothing but amazing experiences with these people! The lady that answers the phone is always friendly and courteous and they’ve always delivered fuel as promised. Their prices are fair, as good or better than anyone else! Awesome service thanks so much

Oh wow where do I start!First off I thought I was getting a great oil company but no.....just like everyone around here just rude and selfish!I called because I was out of fuel oil at 3am so I called the 24 hour "hotline" lol what a joke! I have to phone call recordings and so dose my family that also called on my behalf because who wants to freeze to death right?They miss counted on when I was supposed to run out of fuel and they thought I would make it until the following week... well I didn't.I got yelled at by the lovely owner and his horrible wife! It was my fault?! No no no no I don't think so!Also they do not offer 24 hours service like advertised. She wanted to wait to go to the office to see what I had on my account before calling the driver in to bring me fuel when it was her that messed up the delivery date! Woooow that's costumer service for ya.Second thing. They need there tanks looked at by DEC because they dropped contaminated karo into my tank!Of course they denied it but I have never had a problem before. Change companies and then this?? Haha what a joke. Soooo I would definitely think again and go with a different company. I wouldn't recommend buells either!

I've never had a problem until this week. We've had their services for a year, but they were supposed to show up on 12/29 and give us 125 gal. Set up two weeks prior. We were up and waiting at 8:39-9 am, but no one ever came, unless they came freakishly early and I wasn't awake to hear it even though they don't open until 9am. They claimed to have knocked on two separate occasions, on the way through and back. That could not be true because either my fiance or I were in the living room listening for them. I spoke to a very nice lady and she said she could have them come back out here Yesterday or today, and it is now 1:40pm 12/31 and we are still going without fuel oil, having to spend twice the amount on kerosene for every day we wait. Also, I called the emergency phone number for a fuel related emergency and was forwarded to voicemail. I'm understanding enough so maybe it was an accidental thing, but either way I'm disappointed.

I honestly don't know how companies like Amerigas stay in business with so many better options in the area. It was nice getting hassle free pricing from a real person who actually lives and works in the area. They delivered the day they said despite snow storms and the driver took payment with no hidden fees. Will recommend this company to others in the area.

Halpins Fuel has been providing us with Farm Fuel for several years. We have recently switched over to their propane service. They are a great company to deal with and always have a great price. Thank you Halpins for the great service!!

best company I have ever worked with. All the staff including drivers are fantastic. I have called and asked for last minute fill ups and they show with in a half hour. The owner himself even came to bleed my lines for me when my husband was out of town. An all around great company

Halpin's Fuel Services who we have used for years are incredible. They work with you even when projects besides fuel delivery get sidetracked.
