Absolute tragedy in terms of service. I cannot wait for this institution as a whole to go bankrupt.
The fact that it takes in excess of 1 hour to prepare a simple flu shot vaccine and you're making the customer wait in excess of 60 minutes after giving them a confirmed appointment time shows the respect and value you have for your customers.
I shall continue praying for your demise as an entity.

I came to this location to pick a simple prescription but what I experienced was unbelievable. The staff is extremly rude especially the way they staff speak to customers picking up a prescription and then lying about wait times.Every customer is told wait time is 25 minutues which actually means 90 minuties. A staff memeber named Teresa (African American) was yelling at an elderly lady like a maniac. The lady simply asked why the wait is so long and explaining that she has been waiting for an 1 hour and was told initially it would take 20 minutes. Teresa responds was if you don't like it you can leave or come to the back and fill the prescription yourself or wait another 30 minutes and keep your mouth shut while raising her voice. I am business owner that has over 3000 employees and if any of my employees spoke to my customers that way they would be fired immediately. Shame on you Walgreens. Will never return. Teach your employees manners.

Service is good. Staff is friendly. Parking is adequate. Pharmacy line is long because they do well. The phone bot could use improvement. Ultra long waits+blocks to speak to a human.

Understaffed, impossible to speak with them on the phone.

Absolutely do not come here to pick up photos. There's an older female employee with a terrible attitude who seems to know nothing. It's as if I forced her to give up a fortune and made her work here for very little pay.

oldish Walgreens. fairly large though. a little messy. stopped in here to get some gum and then my breath was fresh. kinda miss these suburban-sized stores with plenty of square footage versus the compact stores in manhattan. probably won’t ever come back here again bc i am rarely in this part of forest hills but if you’re looking for a Walgreens near the Queens Boulevard subway station, this is the location to go to

Busy store and pharmacy is always with long lines

Long waits at no fault of workers but of administration; not enough workers and pharmacy should be expanded.

After spending 9 hours in the emergency room with my husband we went to the pharmacy to pick up his medication for pneumonia. There were 2 prescriptions, one for 4 pills and one for 20 pills. The 20 pills were in a prepackaged bottle. As usual , the prescriptions were handed to me in a stapled bag. I paid and left. We then stopped to get dinner to take out and went home. As we were eating dinner, I was removing the pills to give my husband. When I took the cap off the prepackaged pulls, the pull tab was half opened. I counted the pills and there were 5 missing. I called the pharmacy and after several calls back and forth, the pharmacist could not help me and told me I had to speak to James, the manager 2 days later.I called James that Sunday and he insisted that he checked the tape and that the bottle was sealed. After having a conversation that got me nowhere, ( I guess he thought I must be lying over 5 pills) he said he would have the store manager watch the tape and call me.He also said if we needed the additional pills have another prescription submitted. It's now five days and I have not received a phone call. In addition, when another prescription was submitted, the insurance company said it's too soon so it can't be filled. So he will have an interruption in taking his medication. I know this is only an antibiotic but what happens if it's a narcotic . Is it just brushed off.My final word COUNT YOUR PILLS BEFORE LEAVING THE PHARMACY WINDOW! I know that will slow down an already slow process but it's he said she said!

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible pharmacy. More than one time I've been at the doctor's office and watched them order. I go to this Walgreens...oh we don't have the order. One time I could see, but it happens frequently. The staff does want to hear it. Most times are locked up. Sadly my insurer will not allow me to go to CVS.

Keep in mind the Pharmacist takes a scheduled meal break from 1:30p to 2pm daily. Pharmacy hours are 7am to 11pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on the weekend. The store itself is open 6am to 12am seven days a week. Parking lot and metered street parking nearby.

Face it no chain drug store is anything to rave about. All over priced as far as non prescription drugs etc. This Walgreens however is at least stocked and does have pretty good sales. Its very very clean unlike CVS on 67th and Queens Blvd which is a disgrace. The pharmacy I really like they always keep you up to date calling or texting about upcoming prescriptions with the cost refills left etc. which I find extremely helpful. The staff can get grumpy at times its true lol, but to be honest I have seen why. I have personally witnessed them getting berated by customers to no fault if their own. I'm talking down right name calling. I mean how is it the staffs fault if their are no renewals left on their script. If they listened to the phone call they would of heard you have no more refills on this prescription after this one or is it their fault if their doctor didn't call in script etc. take responsibility. I go very early in the morning when they are not as busy and have not yet really had their dose is poor customers. They are obviously understaffed which is part if the problem if you sense a little attitude lol. Overall with prescription plans you may not have a choice were you go. I have Walgreens preferred. I used to be with CVS across the street but they were no longer preferred but I loved the pharmacy there well the pharmacist but the store itself gross. So overall I prefer Walgreens just go early.
