We are so happy to have found this wonderful neighborhood place for our new puppy! Both times we have visited so far, James and Crystal have been SO friendly and helpful, treating us like family already! They recommended the best products for our pup, and didn't try to push anything we didn't need, which we really appreciated. This will be our go to pet shop and groomer going forward, and we can't wait to try the daycare when out pup is old enough. Highly recommend this place, you won't regret it!

Great pet store they have everything you need and if they don't they'll order it.The people who work there are professional and courteous.And best of all the price is right and that's hard to find in these days

This pet shop is amazing! My boyfriend went the other night and had the BEST experience with James. He said James was very knowledgeable, extra helpful, and recommended him on the HEALTHIEST options out there for our pup. I tagged along the next time (today) and was impressed with how hands on and helpful everyone was. Such a delight knowing Wagging Tails truly puts our fur babies first-10/10!! This is our new pet shop for sure ?

The toy selection in particular is awesome! Crystal and the daycare team are amazing, very knowledgeable and caring. If you're looking for a dog groomer, don't waste your time. They are not accepting new clients. This is what I was told prior to the pandemic and this is what they told me today. It's not a true pet grooming shop. More of a mix pet supply store with grooming service that only accepts old clientele.

I'm so grateful that Wagging Tails is in the neighborhood. I love supporting a local small business. They have tons of options for dog food and treats, toys and they will deliver! Spots has been going there for daycare for about 6 months. He loves the staff and he normally is not trusting of people. The staff are really caring and they are so thorough in screening the dogs to keep everyone safe. Vaccinations records are required as well as temperament test. Crystal is like a dog whisperer! She's the best resource for all things related to the health and happiness of dogs. Spots is a 2+ yr old rescue that I adopted in June. He was already house trained when I got him then when I switched his food to a healthier option he started waking me up at 3am every night to go p**** He was pooping a lot more and was having accidents if I didn't take him out. Vet said he is healthy after a fecal screening. I tried feeding him later at night hoping he could hold it until the morning but nothing worked. I called Crystal to see what she thinks and she told me the brand that I'm feeding him is very rich and i should scale back in the portion recommended on the bag and feed him earlier. She also recommended a natural probiotic to help him get things straightened out. I did as she suggested and it worked immediately!!! As a single, dog parent, I truly appreciate the support Crystal and Wagging Tails has given me.
