I think this location is missing many items compare to other locations. store friendly, and it's Quite big at this location. in front of the subway station as well as across from the Chase bank. it's very easy to find. However, I still recommend you to go to other locations cuz many products are missing. I needed to go to other vitamin store to get what I needed.

Service: Friendly staff. Never have had anyone rude or short with me. They answer questions to the best of their ability, and of course, doing research beforehand will make your experience smoother. If they don't have something in stock, you can buy it online in store. Store: Brightly lit. Designed to allow you to comfortably shop. They carry multiple brands, and their proprietary Vitamin Shoppe brand is always at a slightly more affordable price than brand names. Your choice but just know that's an option if price is a concern. They have sales. No complaints with this store. I make it a habit to go every 30-60 days or so to keep up with supplementing for my health!

Attempted larceny! I took my selected items to the checkout. After ringing them up, I paid and looked at the receipt to double check it, as I didn't estimate it in my head before as I often do. The cashier was rather forceful in trying to dissuade me from doing so, saying 'it's right, it's right'. As I walked to the door, looking at the receipt, I noticed that an item was rung up twice. I went back to the cashier and told her that it was rung up twice. She them lied and claimed I bought 2. A manager I have seen elsewhere (My Vitamin Shoppe customer/loyalty program number is in the 2700s, not 2,000,000s) came by when the conversation became a confrontation, and she lied to him, claiming I had 2 of the item that she rang up one of a minute ago. I can see if she didn't remember what I had, or if I had one or 2, but she was adamant that I had 2 of something that I didn't, after trying to get me to leave without my checking the receipt.The manager corrected it, but the attempted larceny does not encourage me to buy anything here again.

Came here and had the pleasure of working with Shawn. He was extremely professional. I've never heard of someone saying " yes Sir " so much. Ha even explained which items I could combine to take advantage of the buy one and get the second one half off sale. I ended up saving over $30. I take 20 supplements a day.

I went in looking for two different items and no one asked if I needed help until I decided to leave. There wasn't a lot of customers in the store. They workers just ignored me.

I AM NOT RETURNING TO THIS STORE! FIRST, I asked upon arrival if the store would honor the 20% online VS coupon. I was told, “yes, this time since you’re already here.” I thanked the young lady [although similar coupons have been honored at this location MANY TIMES before] and proceeded to shop. Once at the register, I was told it couldn’t be done and that the code wouldn’t go through. This is dishonest practice. SECOND, once the saleswoman pointed me to the vitamin brand I wanted, she NEVER left my side! I absolutely DO NOT like to be followed around in ANY store and the same has happened here during a previous visit with a different salesman. Another reviewer has also noted being followed at this location. When I patronize the REGO PARK location, the salesperson warmly greets me, asks if I need help and if I say no thank you, they walk away and allow me to shop in confidence. Lastly, I made it my business to let these folks know that businesses ALL around the Forest Hills area have CLOSED and that their shop is not immune. I can order online and receive my discount without being stalked. Better yet, I will get my vitamins and supplements from INVITE Health right around the corner. I’ve taken the time to write this review because during a time when budgeting is crucial to just about everyone, one doesn’t have to put up with consistent poor customer service. There ARE better places to shop!
