I bought an iPhone from this business in November. They overcharged me by $50. I checked their invoice against the Loan Agreement (they never gave me a copy of the Agreement). That's how I never knew about this fraud. I went back to the store with both documents and asked for a refund and an apology. The man I spoke to said that he was not the one who cheated me out of money. I asked him to talk to a higher up. He made a few calls to Diana (the owner). She told him that 30 days for a claim are up. This is very interesting business concept. You set an arbitrary "catch me if you can" period. And then you can tell a client that you have a get out of jail card. That explains why they have no customers in the store. Hope they never will. Cheating never brings you you good and repeat clients.

Stacey was a big help and was able to get our plan changed and even texted instructions on setting up the phone at home so we didn't have to wait in the store. Appreciate the help and service!

The asian manager was very unprofessional, i came from Indiana and wanted to verify me even do i have my Verizon Credit card on my name , been a user almost two years. What ever it is it’s Verizon in America, you can access add line from any Verizon store all states , didn’t like the service,

Ms. Stacy of this store is a big scammer. My bill supposed be $30/ plus tax. Verizon billed me $ 96.34 against each line.

Anushka is professional and very helpful. I went to few locations for help about my new phone but she’s the only one who didn’t turn me away and took my simple problems seriously and fixed everything. Very proud of her and will continue my business here from now on.

Be careful people.Manager Chris very unethical. We came with my cousin to open acc, (October) he said they have now promoting, very good deal . But, charge my cousin very crazy price , I am understand first bill always high, but not like this. (More then$800). Of course he is return devices back ( he has 30 days return policy), but this manager Chris didn’t make anything right. So, now my cousin still fighting with Verizon and they charge him still over $400, and put him on collections. It’s really unreal.

Got 2 IPhones and the tablet, which “Verizon Best Wirelles”manager Chris suggested for free. Moreover, he promised that the first bill will be not more than $180. But the first bill was $450 and $160 tablet charge in it. So, I returned all devices to the same shop in the same first week. But, they put me to the McCarthy Burgers & Wolf collection agency for Verizon. Don’t go to this place to avoid all headaches I mentioned. Manager CHRIS IS UNETHICAL LIAR.
