I visited the Austin street store on a couple of occasions in the last few weeks and was helped by Chris each time and he was extremely helpful and very professional and is definitely an asset to the company

Stopped in on a weekend and Damion C walked me through adding an email address (I was stuck in setting up a phone). He had unbelievable patience and spent over a half hour with me. I couldn’t be any happier with the customer service he provided. I am extremely happy with my experience.

There is a representative named Maat(last name) ?? who literally gave me wrong information about my device(phone), took my Sim out, and forgot to put it back in or at least a newone as I assumed it was put back in, and left with no sim. My phone needs a physical sim without esim activation. But she just gave me a empty phone back so i was with no service at all. So I had to spend my money for a trip back and asked for a new Sim which was the only resolution to the issue I had at first to begin with. My old Sim was a bit chipped and she blamed the antenna inside of my phone being completely damaged and said I need another device for a esim activation only after i asked what then... She wasnt giving anything conclusion as to what i can do next i had to ask her what shall i do now. She was not polite and selectively shows kindness like with male customers. She further gaslights at my second visit saying what I said is what it is for the Sim not connecting going in and out, and that after showing her with the new Sim in that the bars are now appearing, she says that's temporary. But my phone hasn't show any issue since the new Sim got insterted. She kept the card of the Sim so if there is any issue I know it's something with her and I will take action. Even though i concluded from the first visit that I will think about about the phone service plan she offered she shows attitude during the second time saying "I already told you all of this and explained everything before" in my head I'm like yea I said I will think about it and will come again with a smile. The way she dealt with me shows alot about her personality as a person out of work towards people, she is not professional and was avoidant to me the entire time as a customer perhaps only for my attire as I'm a devoted muslim and dress extremely covering ? anyway what goes around comes back around. She had absolute no reason to be that way as I was super kind as usual and did not even react during my second visit even though she's at fault keeping Sim out and giving wrong info, almost having me purchase another phone. She doesn't know what she's doing or what she's employed for, and crosses over her customers without finishing with one at a time. I wish I had known the other girl's name because she was very kind and tried to help a bit better. This place did not give me a pleasant experience.
After my review yesterday as expected still shocking my phone shows no sim card in the morning even when it's a brand new Sim placed inside. ???

I own my own consulting business, and Verizon targeted me with ads for a business account. I went in to the store and was directed to the business account manager. From there it has became an unmitigated disaster. This person opened the business account, but apparently could only take the process so far. The instructions provided were always incomplete, missing information and lacking in clarity. I have spent nearly six hours sitting on the phone with customer service, only to get the calls dropped or something else happens. Right now all of the phone lines are stuck in limbo, with zero data. It has become a business continuity crisis. If I could go back to the start of this, I would have just started this with another carrier and left Verizon. Unfortunately, I'm at their mercy at this point -- stuck with phones that only work in WIFI and no path for getting this situation rectified.

Nicole was very helpful and courteous. I walked in to arrange for home internet. Due to a wiring problem in my building, I was not able to use Verizon and had to go with another company instead, but this was not Verizon's fault. That was unfortunate because Nicole was very good and deserved the sale.

Verizon online messed up our account and continued to misinform us. We went to this location and Maat was so helpful, professional and efficient. She got through a lot of the issues. Ultimately we got 90% of the issue resolved — the online support dropped the ball again. I’m disgusted but Maat’s kind understanding compassionate assistance helped ease some of the pain from this twilight zone experience with online customer support who still continue to railroad us even after admitting they made a mistake and promised for the second time practically in blood to call us back and failed to do so. Customer services has no shame. They are outright abusive. Thank you Maat for having our back and patiently working with the unprofessional online support. I really wonder what’s the point of recording the calls if their is no accountability. Tracy was the online rep - she’s a liar & played a roll in this abuse.

Very bad customer service, I had been verizon customer for over 20 years their service been going downhill throughout the years . I was talking to the girl at the desk and she is texting on her phone while I am asking her questions .

The lack of service and professionalism was so bad here that I actually after 72 hours decided just to go back to my previous phone company. It’s one thing not to have bars of service, it’s another just a face rude, gaslighting people in order to deal with it, especially when the manager told me that I came back for his expertise as he cut me off, and began to gaslight me. FYI, he just made the matter worse oh, and someone stole my headphones while I was sitting there. I loved that part of most.

Super bad service! Yesterday I went to buy some earphones. And when I went to pay for them they didn’t want to give me the earphones even though I already paid for it. The manager told me it was pending so they didn’t want to give me the earphones. I had to call the bank and dispute the charge. The service here is trash! They should close this store.

My complaint not with the manger or any of his coworkers they were great!!! My complaint is I took an iPhone 15 supposedly brand new and it stinks the phone does things I don't want it to do it slow on internet and typing is even delayed. My old phone worked better which I bought from Apple Store in Roslyn I am sorry I did not go to Apple Store
