I visited the Austin street store on a couple of occasions in the last few weeks and was helped by Chris each time and he was extremely helpful and very professional and is definitely an asset to the company

Terrible service. I don't recommend it to anyone. They didn't even help me with the app. And I'm there customer for Long Time.

Stopped in on a weekend and Damion C walked me through adding an email address (I was stuck in setting up a phone). He had unbelievable patience and spent over a half hour with me. I couldn’t be any happier with the customer service he provided. I am extremely happy with my experience.
