My experience at the Verizon store on Metropolitan Ave in Forest Hills Queens was exceptional, Anika & Abdullah help me on my visit, they are so knowledgeable efficient and kind. It was a very pleasant experience, I highly recommend it !

Absolutely braindead employees. I was sold internet that is not even compatible for my address… Useless and a waste of time. They will redirect you to customer service cause they don’t know what they are doing. Close up shop!

If there were a way to give a rating lower than the lowest possible, I absolutely would. Preeti, the store associate, blatantly lied from day one about the price plan we agreed on. Despite countless follow-up calls, she refused to take any responsibility or acknowledge the issue. After all the frustration and dishonesty, I had no choice but to leave and switch to T-Mobile. Completely unacceptable and infuriating experience.

I wish I can give them lower rating. I got a plan from store associate Priti. I moved my line from T-Mobile to Verizon and she told me that my bill will be $200 for business lines. For day one I am paying more than $400. When I went back to the store she kept telling me this issue will be resolved to pass 30 day period so that I cannot return the devices. Now if I want to cancel the lines, they are telling me I have to pay close to $7000. I am stuck with them and their shitty services. I would not recommend this store even to my worst enemy. Please go to corporate store. These people are lying and stealing your money.

No good talk on a phone very rude behavior.
They take a time for call after 30 minutes. But they never call. Very bad experience of the staff. Zero Experience of verizon in that store.
