The gentleman was direct & helped me send off my certified mail. While I can’t speak on behalf of others, my experience was enjoyable. I’d come back here again.

I avoid this place at all costs. Not only are the employees incompetent, but the clientele are too. I don’t understand how it is so hard to get in and out of the post office. They need more people to be working because this is ridiculous.

Park Side Post Office on Metropolitan Ave in Forest Hills has had a tremendous improvement!Nelly & Isreal are so professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and have brought so much needed new positive energy to the post office!I’ve been a customer here for over 16 years and as a full-time professional musician here in Forest Hills, I’m spending lots of money on stamps and sending out many of our CDs (The Scooches). This new change since Nelly has been here approx end of 2022 has made such a incredible positive difference in our community. Onward and upward Park Side Post Office. Thank you so much!

The amount of negative comments in here doesn't make any sense AT ALL!! City and federal employees have enough to deal with as it is. The manager at this location is so incompetent. The manager barely comes and the supervisor as well. The employees at this station never have anything to give to their customers because their management fail to provide it to them. The lines are so long because of the limited amount of resources and tools to provide for the customers. No enevelopes, no boxes, no paper. So before people begin complaining try to see it in someone else view

The post office on Metropolitan never opens before 10am. Why do they say that they open at 9am

I regularly go to all three post offices around me. This is the only one I’ve had positive experiences at. There’s rarely a line, parking in the area is great, and the clerks are friendly and helpful.

Really friendly. Great service.I don't understand why other peoples said that the service is bad.I have never experienced that.I been there maybe a dozen times. Every time I got a great service and the staff is knowledgeable, very helpful and very friendly.

I’ve never met a post office worker who was so hostile and had such a low level of frustration tolerance.

I wish I could give them zero stars. The workers here are so rude and disrespectful. They also give you incorrect information, preventing you from sending what you need. But then go to a different post office and all of a sudden they can send it no problem. Horrible horrible. Waste of my time going back and forth with them and they put me in such a bad mood with their hostile, aggressive, disrespectful attitude.

Almost never a consistent schedule- anytime between 1130-3pm they take lunch and its for multiple hours. If you do need to goto a post office- just goto the one on Queens Blvd. This should be closed as even the employees don't treat this as a post office.

Face masks were worn. Dude with rose tattoo who helped me was nice. As was the 2 other employees I encountered in passing. It's small, though.

The lady at the front window was so rude. I asked her a simple question and she gave such an unnecessary attitude. Don't go here unless you really have to

1. worst service I have had at USPS, I was attended to be clerk 21 and it felt like I was begging for service. was trying to enquire about register mail and was told if there is no forms on the counter they don't do it! i don't care if the post office is out of forms.2. I couldn't hear the clerk properly, I would assume the intercom is out of service.3. don't USPS identify your tracking number on your receipt anymore? I enquired about tracking and was told everything is on my receipt.
