I have seen thousands of negative comments and the years go by and nothing has changed. The lady who makes the passports is rude, she does not help you with anything and she simply turns her back on you, like someone who works with customer service, she behaves in a despotic way. You are there. to serve in the best way, not to be rude and haughty, if your job bothers you so much, move and give it to someone who does know how to deal with customer service, hopefully someone will take the time to read the reviews and start looking for a better way. so that your location doesn't look so full of bad comments

If I could rate zero stars, I would. This is WORST customer service I've ever encountered. I made an appointment for passport renewal three weeks ago, with several confirmations about the appointed time. When I arrived 10 minutes early, the customer service told me the appointment was "declined," even though I'd had confirmed it several times! The post office didn't even provide a proper reason for the decline, saying they had no idea what the system did and that it might be because of a system overload. (Even after I left, I found that the website for appointment was down??) Not to mention all the troubles I had to with clearing a time with all my schedules to get to the appointment. The clerk told us to schedule another appointment or go for a walk-in (an hour early before the time, which is absolutely ridiculous), but I have to leave for school in a few days!
I also caught sight of another insane event a few days ago: a man with a package entered the post office at 4:59 PM, just barely sticking his foot into the post office in order to put a package in a box. However, a clerk pushed the man out and slammed the door on his face. Ridiculous. No wonder these clerks don't care since the government pays them for just sitting there.

The Worst and Rude post office ever. Never coming back here again. Don't do any passport appointment here.!!

My first somewhat bad experience was when we booked an appointment to get a passport for our infant daughter. It was pretty fast calling us in for our appointment, but when we approached the door the woman automatically told us they don't accommodate infants. She suggested a place nearby that does infant passport photos.
The second bad experience happened today. I was mailing an envelope internationally and knew it had to be weighted since it wasn't an ordinary envelope. I spoke with an employee named Sunshine. She had her air pods in, and was speaking on the phone (a non work related call). I told her I wanted to mail them out. She continued to talk to her friend on the phone and took my envelopes. She told me, "you need to fill out customs," and said it as if I should have known. I took the form and filled it out. The form had those pages where it bleeds into the next page. This form had like 5 of the pages so when I opened it and filled it out, thinking I filled out the first page. When I came back to her window, she charged me for the envelope. Then she checked the form and told me I needed to fill out the first page. I thought I did, and I looked confused. So I told her, "oh, I thought I filled everything out." She explained to me with a little sass in her tone, "no, you filled out the second page. You need to fill out the first page." I apologized and took the form back to fill it out. Before I left the window, I opened it to look. It literally only took me 3 seconds to open it. With more sass this time, she said, "You need to fill out the first page and come back." I automatically gave the same energy back to her and replied, "Ok, I was just looking at it." Sunshine had no sunshine in her. Is she ok? I get it's a government job and it may not be the most fulfilling, but literally I did nothing to provoke her attitude. Just seems unprofessional - taking personal calls on the clock and giving 0 F's the way she talks to customers. Shame - the other staff seemed friendlier.

My most recent interaction (July 2024) was with a nice woman behind the window. I had some issues with the stamp machine, party user error and part machine error). She came out behind the window and spent some time helping me out. There was only 2 people on line fyi. She was nice helpful, competent. That's all I ask for.

Horrible waiting time!!! I stood in line for nearly 1 hour and the workers left promptly at 5 pm w a Waiting line of 10 ppl! they have 6 windows and only 2 ppl attending and the supervisor is no help either!

Terrible customer service. Saw how unprofessional the supervisor and some staff were with a customer complaining and now they are taking it out on the rest of us. I’ve been waiting in line for 30+ minutes and the staff are cleaning and closing up rather than attending to 25+ customers waiting for assistance. They are taking their own anger out on us. A woman named Lisa with red hair walked out at 5 exactly saying she’s off the clock. She’s the person who a customer was complaining about. She needs to be removed or retrained. supervisor too! Zero customer service here. Unless these are contractors, their job is not done until the post office is cleared of the customers waiting for assistance before it turned 5PM.

Today, I visited the post office for a walk-in service to obtain a passport for my daughter. According to their website, walk-ins are accepted from 1 PM to 2 PM. We arrived early to ensure timely service. However, upon arrival, we were informed that a "GOLDEN TICKET" was required, which apparently was distributed to someone who arrived earlier. Despite our patience, at 1:45 PM, the service window closed, and we were told the attendant was going to lunch.
This was an incredibly frustrating experience!

Generally the staff has improved. However , there's always a bad apple. Beware of Kaylee. Always does the very minimal-not friendly - not helpful.

Can not give proper instructions, forms are not available. Had to go back and forth from the counter to fill out forms and was not given proper instructions. To the point where I had to leave it was so bad. Going to FedEx instead.

They be engaging in some rude attitudes. Like self entitlement issues they have. Who doesn’t want us just to get in get out. But they have to be all extra and’s refuses to put out the forms that needs to be filled out for our packages. So then we have to wait in line 2 times.
