Russians accept parcels home here!!!I want to express my greatthanks to the owner - Leonid and the manager - Oleg. Attentive, polite, competent managers and employees. I sent parcels to Russia. Due to the difficult situation, not a single parcel company works with Russia. All my parcels were sent and arrived safely to the recipients. I recommend this company to all Russians who would like to please their family and friends with gifts from Rego Park. This is not an advertisement, but my personal experience. ⚠️Staff members opening and checking packages of non-russian speaking customers for valuables before UPS/carrier pick up.⚠️ After bringing up the matter with the owner he becomes hostile and aggresive instead of remeding the situation. Pay your employees enough so they don't have to steal and get yourself a customer service training. Don't support immoral Thieves!

I highly respect and recommend this place because people are very nice, respectful to you as a customer. They are hard working and dedicated, who will always go an extra mile to make customers happy. They will always help you to tape your box and never asked me any money for that. I love this place and respect people working here very much. Highly recommended.

Had a DHL package to ship back and this is one of the only places that accepts DHL shipments. Had never been here before but read all these reviews about how pleasant these people were. They didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in and said hello. Then they proceeded to help a white man who came in after me which at that point I was like ok I guess I'm invisible. I decided to stay calm because I'm exhausted from even having to be in that cluttered hole a $12 uber ride from my house. I placed the package already equipped with the label onto the desk and was eventually assisted. Very strange behavior. Definitely won't be back. Would rather travel much further to ship things than to repeat that experience.

Very helpful staff. Down to earth. Were able to help me do what I needed, and when I saw their additionally available services, they pivoted very quickly, and helped me with my last-minute request as well.

Great customer service. The older gentleman seems a bit rude, at times, but it’s alright. It the younger man is excellent and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

This place is Fantastic, employees greet you with a smile, who are very courteous and knowledgeable. Mail Drop is an extremely efficient and well managed business, their employees exemplify top notch customer service and they have you in and out of there fast. They have all the capabilities to take care of all of your shipping needs.( USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)

dropped off UPS package for macys worth of $299 of lacoste returns. Of course package got stolen, despite the fact I left it directly with gentlemen behind the counter. UPS never picked up, never been able to track it as it was never sent!

WARNING SCAMMERS!I came for service I dropped off 3 individual packages USPS. I been charged 3 dollars for 3 individual packages which doesn’t quite make sense how can u call your self an official authorized shipping store when u charge a dollar for each package USPS when the ACTUAL USPS stores anywhere else is always FREE with no charge and way better service than this. What kind of an establishment is this doesn’t make any sense.

Very efficient, courteous, professional and will helpfully suggest best possibilities for your package. Will custom-size boxes. Will also print documents for you. Highly recommend their services. Been using them for last three years.
