Absolutely horrible sales experience if you would even call it that. I was only talking to a new employee who wasn’t even a sales person and never spoke to a proper sales person until they ran my credit (assuming because I look young they thought I couldn’t afford it). Once I talked to the sales person they quoted me a price 10k above what it was listed for and this sales person (young blonde long hair) was completely attempting to coerce me into buying. He was trying to teach me how a higher interest rate on a lower price can still be more expensive than a higher price lower rate (I’ve worked on wall street). Then he tried to convince me if I can meet his price he will guarantee a good “exception rate” deal. The only respectable person in this establishment was the finance manager who ended up switching banks to give me a much lower rate without any “reaching out for exception rates”.
Truly the definition of scammy, bait and switch sales and felt completely disrespected given worn tires and a dirty car after all this.

Terrible customer service. I called to make an appointment for an engine light check and I spoke with a woman who made an appointment for me for 12:30 PM. I called back when I was on my way because I was running a little bit late so that they were aware and the lady told me that the service department is on their lunch break from 12-1 PM. So I asked why was an appointment made for me for 12:30 PM if that is the case. And she responded with “Well, you’re running late anyway so, what’s the problem?” Which is completely unprofessional and rude. So I told her that the problem actually is that someone scheduled me for a 12:30 PM appointment when apparently the service department is on lunch during that time. She proceeded to question me if I called the right number or the right department and I told her that yes I did and in the call log. This is my second call to the same number and I called the same service department. So I still proceeded to the dealership because I was already on my way at this point. I decided I was going to get my car serviced and talk to a manager about the phone call. I go to the department for 1 o’clock and I ask if I can be serviced and I also told him about the errored booking for my appointment. He just mentioned that they have an answering service, well that doesn’t make sense because someone answered and still made an appointment at that time, during an apparent lunch break for me! He tells me that the wait time may be a couple hours and I then needed a minute to check to see if I had that time. I finish checking, and as I am standing there waiting for him to acknowledge me, he talks to the other workers around him and Takes a phone call On speaker and speaks lackadaisically, not acknowledging that I’m waiting to speak with him because at this point I couldn’t Wait for the service, but I want to speak with him about my treatment from their receptionist. So I came all this way to not be seen when I had called to schedule an appointment in the first place and received poor customer service on top of that….

I came in to buy a 16 suburban with 140000 miles, cash that was listed at 19990 the sales manager and salesman raised the price to 21500 then said it came to 27000. When i pointed out everything wrong with the car the manager stated he wont even sell the car for less than 25550 and it has on open repair order on it. But will not tell me what the repair order is. They did the bait and switch. The manager is very rude and basically said i cant afford this car.
Also the limited my test drive to around the block should of been red flag
UPDATE:
I ended up getting a call on my way back home by the salesman who told me i couldnt afford the car begging me to come back to do the deal as he spoke to his manager and they agreed to do the deal at the listed price I didn't end up leaving with my vehicle until 6:00 p.m. as it took them all day just to do an oil change they were supposed to change all four tires as per New York state inspection but they only changed the front and left the back severely bald with wire showing. Vehicle had zero gas. They refused to warranty and didn't tell me until the last signature that there wouldn't be one. I expected better going to a Chevy dealership specifically coming with cash in hand to have better treatment. I later found out that the car was in a non reported accident and rims were welded together. I was better off going back to 112 chevy. Who were just as crooked These people are frauds. Still filed report with Better Business Bureau

I Dropped my work vehicle July 31st, 2024, with all of my tool, drawings, etc. I keep calling for an update on the status, I received a call back 8 days later I believe August 7th 2024, in forming me of the cost, which I was ok with, I ask why my call were not answer or returned, Martin Muniz - of Sunrise Chevrolet, told me " that we don't have time to return customers calls" I thought it highly insensitive, and to think that I am nothing to say that to me.

I have purchased many cars. These guys are the Worst. By far the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Totally dishonest and love to waste an exhorbanant amount of your time. Horrible horrible horrible

First of all, the service manager Milan is a amazing person. I went to many Chevy and GMC dealership but they didn't help also was dishonest and liers. Then I came here and even I didn't purchased my vehicle from Sunrise they were very helpful and attentive to me. They solved my engine problem. The entire service teams are amazing specially Milan, Steve and the girls in the service office. I am really greatfull and continue coming back here. I recommend this dealership to everyone.
