Extremely disappointed with the bouquet of flowers they made for Valentine’s Day. Which is sad because I really liked this flower shop, they always did a good job and charged fair prices.I’m not sure what happened this time. Paid 80 dollars for a bouquet that looked like a child put together.Sadly, Will not be returning anymore.Edit: this is what the flowers look on 2/16Just two days after purchase

Above and beyond customer service; I needed a delivery late in the day (porch pirates!) and the delivery man had left for the day already. The very nice lady who answered the phone delivered the bouquet herself on her way home after the shop closed! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I will 100% use this florist for anything else in future. Great experience, super kind people, gorgeous flowers.

I needed an arrangement for my daughter's birthday. As soon as I placed the order, they called to talk about in season flowers and what I would like. The flowers are beautiful and arrived first thing in the morning. Studio Arts was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend using them.

Took me awhile to find a florist that could craft a bouquet with some personality, not just a bunch of roses mashed together. I decided on Studio Arts and they did not disappoint.I ordered over the phone and they took special care to really listen and understand what I wanted to make my wife’s birthday memorable. They are actively crafting a living sculpture here, not just going through the motions.

This is my first Google Review I’ve ever left, and it’s well-deserved for Studio Arts Florist! I’ve been a customer for a few months now ever since I moved to the area, and the houseplants I’ve bought from here have held up better than any others I’ve purchased in the city. The customer service is always knowledgeable and on point, and I so appreciated the care and attention to detail that was provided in repotting the plants I purchased today—the staff even went so far as to carefully package up my plants in my portable cart. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Love this place!Their flowers are beautiful and last a long time, and they make the process of getting a bouquet very personal, asking what colors you want, and which flowers, if you have a preference.They are very kind and knowledgeable about the house plants they sell as well.Every time I’ve bought from them they give me lots of information on the plant/flower/fertilizer I’m getting and how to use it.Cats are an added bonus ??

Needed to get an arrangement for my love who is very specific; for him it's red long stemmed roses or white calla lilies. For context, I live in Southeast Queens and there aren't that many flower shops so it took me going to quite a few places to find them. Called Studio Arts and they had them so I went to get them. Located right across from the McDonals, the shop is quite small and easy to miss. However, using the LIRR staircase as you maker makes it much easier. Viv was super helpful. She listened attentively about what I was trying to bring to life and then began pulling the pieces that would make it happen. She started with 10 white calla lilies (his favorites) and then added babies breath, a few white roses and some fresh eucalyptus. This is perhaps one of the most delicate curations I've ever seen assembled for a man and I love that. They were beautifully wrapped and I was on my way. Now I know that when my local shop fails me, I have this sweet little option super close by and I have all the confidence that they will come through in creating something special to honor the moment. Accessibility- 10/10 - subway, LIRR, drive and find street parking (just know it's a challenge) Product availability 10/10 - they had what I needed and made it special Customer service: super welcoming, warm, attentive to detail and let me use their bathroom- 10/10 Pricing- a bit on the higher end than a shop on Ascan (5 mins away) where I saw a similar bouquet (not white) for $48. I paid $80 for that beauty. 8/10 However, it was def worth the way he got teary-eyed when presented with them. Again ladies, give your man flowers just because. It's the love language they don't even know they have.

My spouse and I frequent this plant store all the time as locals. The owners have been a total pleasure to work with and gain knowledge from. The quality of their plants are amazing. And they were even willing to spend extra time to teach me how to make centerpieces for a friends event! I can not say more great things about this store. Love them and hope they never leave! (Seeing Oreo and cookie is an added bonus.)
