I went in for help with primer and paint and received great help from a young man. He went out of his way to explain what I needed. I can tell he really cares about his customers and takes his job seriously. I learned a lot.

The older Caribbean guy? (I'm not sure about his ethnicity) is very rude. I was asking him a few questions because I needed to hang a curtain rod up but I had a solid wall. The other guy helped me and I bought a drill but I needed a concrete bit. The Caribbean guy was annoying at me asking for help and rushed me off the phone. I have no interest in rude people so I just ordered what I needed off Amazon.

They had everything I needed and the person at the front was so helpful , definitely I could tell this store is a staple of the community, I would come back to this hardware store if i had needs in this area

Came in for something small, new keys, and I had great help. The young man behind the counter was really funny and kind, while also providing me with the help I needed. Definitely coming back!!

I live in the Bronx and 8 had a client next to forest Park. She works late so she left me her apt key hidden so I can arrive early and start working. I called the store and they agreed to take a phone order for me. So when I arrived I picked out the supplies I was going to need to complete the job. I then called my client who spoke to the associate and she dictated her CC # for payment. Very helpful

I went to get paint for my house and the types and the quality of paint they gave us great. I have went here several times with great customer service and all around great environment. Went to several paint shops but this one is something great. Would definitely recommend!
