“I was having issues with my phone and had called T-Mobile multiple times with no avail. Calling was actually quite unhelpful so I went into the store and spoke with a rep by the name of Daniel. He not only helped get me a replacement phone through my warranty but he also managed to efficiently and effective (with patience and ease) help 6 other customers at the same time. Something had happened where he was the only employee on the floor that evening. I hardly ever see any type of employee in any business have that much patience and expertise in such a high stress situation. I was genuinely surprised that he was just a floor associate. He had great management skills and I had originally thought that the young man was in fact a manager.
I was one step away from cancelling my membership with T-Mobile. Daniel, with his A+ customer service secured my membership with T-Mobile.”

“I received excellent service from Jewry yesterday at the T-Mobile store on Austin St. in Forest Hills. My elderly mother was having problems with dropped calls on her iPhone. In addition, she couldn't remember her iCloud password and was having trouble getting it reset with Apple. Jewry was super-friendly & knowledgeable. He replaced the sim card. He wasn't able to reset the iCloud password, but after listening patiently to my story of how she had purchased the phone, he was inspired to check her Notes app where he found the password! Apparently the salesman in FL had stored it there! Jewry was very patient and attentive the whole time, even as he kept being interrupted by other store reps needing help. I am so grateful to him for fixing my mom's phone problems and give him ALL THE KUDOS!!!”
