I have been trying to make an appointment to get my taxes ammended since the day after I filed them over a month ago. I called and messaged on the app ( what they told me to do after calling) and was still met with no response. I decided to make my appointment online, they cancelled my first one so i rescheduled for today. I show up and no one is there!!!! Doors locked and lights off. Sign on window says open. Not even an email sent to me cancel/reschedule or anything. This is HORRIBLE. I wish I could go somewhere else but I already filed eith H&R block here. I have never written a review about ANY BUSINESS IN MY LIFE. First time... because I'm at a loss here. All I can say it don't come here ...

Went to Forest Hills office on Austin Street. Andrew was amazing and helped me amend my return and get back the money owed to me.

I don’t know how many times I had to correct Scott Li and say “him” and “husband” but he kept
referring to my husband as my “wife” and “her”

Diana Jackson is the best! Have been getting my taxes done with her and over the years have developed a level of trust and understanding. Diana always gets me the most in my returns and I would highly recommend her to file your taxes.

Been using FH office for over 20 years when they were around the corner from Chateau Jewelers. After Joe Madera retired - I got Scott. Totally awesome personality, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Very satisfied.

Decided to take my taxes here after Taxslayer messing up my online return last year, and had a smooth experience working with Conrad. Quick, efficient and thorough. Would recommend if you're working with less simple returns (I had multiple forms)

This place is wrong place to go for tax file. Conrad Reyes is a ridiculous guy. I went there and waited so long. When I finally met Conrad Reyes, he didn’t even introduce himself. I was very nice, I said him good morning with a smile. But he was very unprofessional with his job. He was rushing me to finish everything. Every time I was about to ask questions, he stopped me middle of question. He didn’t have any patience to deal with customers. Then I left without filling my taxes. I don’t know why he was working since he doesn’t like to listen his clients. Do go there maybe try different H& R block in different location.

a lot of hidden fee.My appointment was rushed and the appointment after me showed up a half hour early which made it worst. I owe the state and the IRS and an an Installment Agreement Plan ( form 9465) should've been included with the return. They said they'd help with these issue. When I sent an email to request help again. I wad given the IRS phone number and told "good luck". This is after paying a bill for $700. Do not go here!

I was here A couple min ago and my gf wanted to do a taxes report in case she has to pay or not but we were treated bad and Conrad Reyes the taxes experience "Master" didn't answer all our questions as we needed. He wss very rude and wanted to to get rid of us fast .
