Pretty decent for a Queens area supermarket. This location definitely had to implement some changes since the advent of COVID, for instance by installing self checkout kiosks, in order to roll with the punches.

The manager is rude to customers and the cashiers are always using their club card to take advantage from customers.

Always able to find what I’m looking for. Polite and friendly staff. Fresh produce, meat and good deli selection. Good weekly sales and variety of products. Prices are competitive for the area.

This place is and has always had great service and friendly staff, the food is always fresh. I remember when it was attacked by a mad bomber sometime in the 80s and the great recovery of both them and Portofino restaurant. Thank you for all you do.

Since I returned to my own Coop in Briarwood, Queens over a year ago from California, I've been shopping at this particular Foodtown for the past year, even if I have another Foodtown near me. All their food items and their produce & vegetables are always of very good quality whenever I shop. There is not a day that I did my shopping at this Foodtown when I went home dissatisfied.

Excellent meat selection. Fresh produce section although a bit pricey on the veggies. The bakery items are old New York favorites including thumbprints, raspberry jam tarts and such

Unhealthy choices! No organic fruit or vegetables. Cauliflower had mold. Ice Cream soft and melted. Esti Hummus container filthy. Overpriced Botega!! Bell and Evans Chicken ...50% less at whole foods. Almond Flour also 50% higher priced. Brooklyn Coffee expired dates. wasted my time today!

Still was good, however, having an emergency exit blocked by a motorbike electric or otherwise as well as cones and some other comb doesn't seem very safe to me. This should be fixed and I will be reporting it to New York City, FDNY and other agencies.

Elon gave me the best service I have ever received in a supermarket. He went to the freezer twice with me to assist me with the item that was on sale. He bagged my groceries which is quite rare these days. It was my first time in this supermarket but it will definitely not be my last. I will frequent this place because of the service Elon gave me.
