Tried to stop in to print a document on my way to a meeting. Spent 30 minutes trying. Neve received help. Couldn't log into accounts associated with work. Miserable experience.

Horrible, horrible horrible experience, not helpful at all, I’m trying to send somthing for the first time. I came in on 3% and I told them I needed help creating a shipping label, no help won’t even let me use a charger as all of my info is on my phone. Then I had to walk 5 blocks to my car to charge my phone with my 30 lb box as they said I couldn’t leave it there for 5 minutes. HORRIBLE shame on you FedEx for hiring these ppl who make their own rules and treat ppl nasty

My sister and I have been to this place many years ago to print something and that the people in there were very nice and helpful to help us.

This is my second time coming to this FedEx. 1st time I went it was horrible. Never been to FedEx store before & no associate of any sort helped me with printing the labels at all. Very unprofessional. Second time I came the associate was fast & helped me ship my item out ASAP. Instead of FedEx I prefer UPS honestly. Also Aida did a great job helping me with my return labels & printing & shipping. Thanks Aida

Sasha is a bully to customers.
I came to buy a box (without any packaging service) and she said it was $23.99 dollars plus tax.
I didn't think it was a reasonable price for a single box so I used my own boxes and packaged everything myself. Then she refused to accept my package saying it was not properly packaged.
IT WAS properly packaged because the other Fedex location happily accepted my package.
She just kept saying it was not properly packaged and refused to justify why a box would cost $23.99.
Don't let Sasha take your package.

Rude and bad customer support. I went there to drop off a phone. I had questions regarding the shipping. They were acting very dismissive. They just gave me a receipt and was trying to get rid off me as soon as they can.

I’m not sure how this place expects anyone to get work done. None of the public workstations have chairs available, which makes it impossible to use them comfortably. There is literally only one chair in the entire area, and it’s reserved for someone using the paid computer station—not the free cubicles.
To make matters worse, the public restroom was “conveniently” out of service during my visit. While there are two restrooms on-site, one is permanently reserved for staff only, and they won’t make any exceptions. Between the lack of basic seating and restroom access, this was a frustrating and unwelcoming experience.

1-star because I can’t rate it any lower. If possible use any other FedEx store, but if you have to use this store, make sure everything is correct before you walk away. A staff member’s incompetence caused me to lose 116k in merchandise. Long story short - I printed out a label and wanted a Saturday delivery which wasn’t available online. I had a staff member go into the store to ONLY change the delivery date. For some unknown & inexplicable reason, the staff member created a new delivery slip and changed both the delivery City & Zip Code. So instead of going to Buffalo, it went to Manhattan, and ultimately was “lost”. Complaints to “customer service” were useless: 1) no accountability for the error, 2) no sense of urgency to retrieve the package, 3) no follow-up by multiple “managers” spoken to, and ultimately my complaint was round filed by FedEx, as they placed the blame on my staff member.

I’ve came here before and the experience was mid but tonight was better!! Thanks to Amir and his friendly service, took my drop off package, prepared it and shipped it out on time with the rest of the deliveries 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 10/10 service.
