Attempted to ship a box with a battery pack inside but was informed I had to go to JFK or Maspeth. The rep at the front desk was helpful and I am sure he just followed the store guidelines (5 stars for his help and assistance). We are all aware that battery packs are inside pretty much everything today from cellphones, laptops, binoculars to a simple soap dispenser. I assume that unless you are shipping shoes, clothes or candies any other item containing a battery would not be accepted. It would be helpful if the store could make that clear under the business Overview tab.

We went to this location to make a drop-off. The place was busy and we made a line which went fast. The staff is friendly and the space is clean and spacious. We got a receipt and all was done. I normally use the onsite on Broad Street but this location is quite complete. I don’t remember seeing the do-it-yourself scanner and drop-off but will look for it during my next visit.

Called on the phone to figure out shipping prices and guidance on a package that needs to be picked up. The team member on the phone was very rude and dismissive. He didn’t listen to my questions and was not willing to help and kept saying “I’m transferring you to customer service”

It’s very evident the staff would rather be anywhere else besides their job. Not kind, seem to enjoy being unhelpful. Dismissive, rude, treat customers as a chore and we should be grateful for it. Considering the rest of the reviews, I’m not saying anything new here for this location. It’s disappointing as my family has worked for FedEx before it was FedEx.

I dropped off a package today, Cris was a delight and very helpful. I wish everyone would remember to be kind to everyone they are in contact with, it’s not easy as I witnessed having a customer facing job. FedEx please offer her an accommodation for her exceptional service. I’ll be back to your location. Thanks

This FedEx Office is AMAZING - they have saved my a** now on two occassions. The staff is great, they are knowledgeable, and incredibly nice - also, it's clear that they care about their customers. (Parking near them is an issue, however, going to this FedEx location is worth the parking hassle -- and as long as you are willing to walk a block or two, you can always find parking behind them, off Queens Boulevard.)

Updating my review as it was posted 8 years ago and I'm certain Danielle has moved on. The new regime is trash.---------------------------------------I had such a wonderful experience at FedEx Office (118-10 Queens Blvd - Forest Hills, NY) that I couldn’t wait to return home and write about it.Facing one of those repetitive, tedious personal chores that had to get done, I thought I’d experiment and seek an efficient solution. I was unsure how to present the job to the FedEx Office rep, so I printed a sample copy and I also emailed to myself.Danielle, the FedEx Office rep, was an excellent resource. I presented my problem and she listened. Then, she proposed alternatives. I think it’s important to note that I am not a regular customer, and this was purely an experimental visit to find a solution. Matter of fact, the place was named Kinkos the last time I used anything aside from shipping, however, I am somewhat aware of what they do.She waited with me while I configured and located my email. Then, Danielle walked me through the Print and Go product. Excellent experience! She also showed me how to prep and complete my job. Her assistance saved me a ton of time and that was exactly the reason I went to FedEx Office. Thx Danielle!
