They overcharge for their specialty beers. Goose Island is double the MSRP and being sold past the best by date. One bottle was best by 2020 and still on the shelf… in 2024.

Busy and nice place for lottery tickets. It is a convenient store with the most day to day basics like milk, fruits, veggies, juice. Parking in the Walgreens lot is convenient for quick stop. They have icecream and booze and coffee as well. Great location. Customer interaction can be improved. The checkout can be moved a little to keep the foot traffic near the door. Clean place.

You just lost a customer. I asked for bacon, egg and cheese on a roll, with salt, pepper and ketchup. The first time the order was given to me, there was ham, - no bacon, no salt, pepper, ketchup. They remade it but still no salt, pepper and ketchup. I went back in again a third time. Still, no salt, pepper and ketchup. By the time I checked the fourth roll, I was in the car. I did not think I had to check the roll, after it was made four times. I called and the manager did not understand what I called to complain about and believed I called about an online order. I’m done !

Cashier not wearing mask mid-January 2022.Ordered a BEC- it had off-taste, upon inspection the bacon was off, even slightly greying. Not worth the return trip to probably not get a refund. I wish I had seen BAGEL SHOP NEXT DOOR!

I love this place!! They have every kind of food imaginable!! Doritos, Beefaroni, chocolate covered donuts, bananas, ice cream, frozen yogurt, Harmless Harvest coconut water and amazing staff. They treat me with kindness and as if I am family!! I picked up some bananas , since my diet was bad for a while and now I am changing my diet as much as I can.

The guy that checked me out was so rude! Literally flew the pack of myle product at me. I still held myself and said thank you so much have a great night... he just ignored it.. definitely just felt like returning the product I don’t like giving ppl like this bussiness.. I should have just gone to 711 they are so much nicer and appreciative smh

Meh. Bought Guinness Stout 6 pack. Came to 15.99. No thank you from rude guy at register. Acted like he did me a fav. Then on top of that a 60 cent "Fee Buster" charge for using my card. I always try to help out small biz but treat me nice because There's a nice liquor store down the block called Empire

I've been a customer here for the past 10 years and I spend a lot of money every time I come here. I always buy their food and beers quite often and could spend as much as $50 when I come here. I know the staff fairly well and I've never had any issues, but after today I no longer can support this business. Today I had went to order a Bacon and Egg Sandwich without cheese (I do not like American cheese and I'm very clear about it), but they put cheese on it. I understand mistakes happen which is not for the reason for my 1 star review. I went back and told them the issue and the guy behind the counter was extremely rude and tried to say it was my fault and said he'll only replace the egg which had the cheese oozing from it and not the rest of the sandwich, which is very unclean because the cheese was all runny throughout the sandwich so a new one has to be made regardless. The worker then said, I'm not making another one unless you pay for it even though he made even admitted to the mistake. He had an attitude the entire time and as he was remaking the sandwich belittling me and cursing something I couldn't hear underneath his breathe. Thankfully I got my remade sandwich, but considering I'm very friendly to the staff here and they tried to rob me by saying I should pay for a sandwich that they messed up that I never even touched, and to have the audacity to argue with me over a $7 sandwich, I cannot support here. My appetite was ruined from the exchange and I didn't even eat it, I just gave it to some homeless guy that always hangs around the store. They are not willing to acknowledge a mistake and then try to blame it on the customer and that's not good customer service or honest, especially with peoples time, self esteem, and money . I highly suggest everyone stay clear and avoid, if this happened to me and I know them, it could easily happen to you. I will never come back here again.

Charged me a Buster Fee of like $2 and charged me 10 cents per can for the bottle deposit fee. I need to talk to them about these shenanigans.

Fast Break is a medium-size convenience store. They seem to be 24/7, hence the lack of hours on Yelp. The interior is brightly lit. There's a deli section. Most items don't have prices on them. A few containers of prepared food did have prices on them, but did not have anything identifying their contents. No expiration dates either.

Regular convenient store... comparable to 7 Eleven...but no longer open 24hrs... I believe they close at 11pm on weekdays and at midnight on Friday and Saturday...Overall good store ? Owners and employees are very nice and accommodating!
