After exhausting all ideas, what to get someone after getting invited to a birthday party two days before, I originally wanted to get flowers but came across the Happy Birthday Cake and Confetti Dipped Fruits Bundle It also came with a Happy Birthday Ballon.I placed my order online to pick it up 6pm which is the latest you can pick up your item.That day was foggy and rainy. On my way to pick it up there was some traffic. I got there about 6:10 pmThe associate in the store called me to remind me my item was ready for pick up. I told her I was a couple of minutes away.When I went inside the store to get my items because of the rain outside, she placed a clear white bag over the original bag with the item so it did not get wet.The birthday girl absolutely loves the presentation of the dipped fruits and the mini cake. The chocolate cake was delectable. Good last minute, buy.

Absolutely nothing is fresh about this little old cake… spent $75 on this old broken mini cake with 3 balloons and a teddy bear. Never again will I spend money with edible arrangements

Customer service for this company sucks. It’s the worst I can’t get hold of nobody on the phone. The phone system is horrible. I would definitely seek alternatives because I would never order from this company again.!!!Zero Star!

Placed a Order the previous day and they charged me and then when I went to pick up the order they said they recommend a week in advance and that they don’t do last minute orders, but the website never said anything about that and it gladly charged me .

Dear Kim, mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of. You should definitely contact the psychiatrist especially when you’re at risk of emotionally distressing, your customers, or even physically harming them who knows what you’re capable of but anyways go back in the kitchen and dip those strawberries that’s all you’re good for take care.

Business is ran by Kim manager who is always in the back sleeping on her chair. Who is very rude and short tempered. Definitely has a mental illness and takes it out on everyone.

Simply one of the best edible arrangements locations in NY. The manager and staff are extremely pleasant. Orders are alway fulfilled on time which is always great. My orders look remarkable and taste fresh and delicious :).

Received horrible service. A coworker of mine had to get emergency surgery so I along with other coworker decided to do something nice for her and get her some chocolate covered strawberries as a get well gift. I went to the store location in Forest Hills on 6/15/2023 and was met with rude customer service. The person assisting me was very short and proceeded to rush me while I tried to order and ask questions meanwhile I was the only one in the store. It didn’t help the situation that another customer who entered the store received better customer service than I did and unfortunately I believe ethnicity had something to do with it since that customer and the employee were of the same ethnicity. I tried even getting flowers since they had a bouquet on the counter and requested something similar only to be shown a bouquet that barely produced any budding flowers all while expected to pay $50 plus for them. I only got the strawberries and the employee who rudely helped me her name was Kimberly. Corporate wasn’t even any better because despite calling multiple times and filing a complaint due to discrimination I was also ignored by them as well. Till this day I have not received a formal apology at all from the store. Poor experience and will never do business with them again. Unbelievable that even as a company they support racial discrimination in this day and age.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Someone sent my wife an arrangement when she was home recovering from surgery. I responded to a vm from this shop stating that they were not provided with the apartment number for the delivery. This was factually incorrect as I confirmed the sender did provide the apartment number with the original order. But, np here is the apartment number and they said someone would be by that afternoon to drop it off. That did not happen.The next day, while working from home, I respond to another vm which indicated they needed additional info to make the delivery. When I called back I was told that they attempted to deliver but no one was home. As I mentioned my wife had been home all week recovering from surgery and I, or my mother inlaw, have been here with her the entire time. I let this person know that either they went to the wrong address or that no delivery attempt was made since I had been home since the previous day. At this point the person I was speaking with became belligerent and started yelling at me to "not tell her that a delivery attempt was not made" and that they were professionals who have been in the business... I cut her off and told her to just refund the money for the arrangement to the sender at which point she promptly hung up on me. I certainly did not find the experience to be professional.Think twice before ordering an edible arrangement for someone that lives in the Forest Hills area.UPDATE: Fast forward to 4 hours after I left this review, which is also 4 hours after I submitted a complaint to Edible Arrangements. My bell rings and my mother inlaw buzzes in a delivery person from this shop, who proceeded to shove the arrangement in her face, rudely tells her she doesn't have to pay for it before storming off. How do they think this helps improve our opinion of our experience? It doesn't. I would now give them negative stars if that was an option.

Ordered some balloons, flowers and fruit for my mom on Mother’s Day. What arrived were soggy flowers, aged fruit and no balloons. The delivery driver said “sorry, we ran out of balloons.” I waited a few days for the credit card to be adjusted - nothing. They seemed to be more than happy to not notify me the order excluded the balloons and were going to keep the $15.00. After notifying corporate direct - the charge back was finally issued. Shady.
