So me and my girlfriend were looking for a lip balm. We went inside the store and to our surprise many of the shelves and racks were empty. We went to the beauty section to look for her specific lip balm but couldn’t find it. Makes me wonder the quality of service this store can provide.

Ken is the fantastic manager of this store. His friendliness, courtesy and expertise is a true asset to CVS company and the Forest Hills community. I was a customer who happened to walk in, and have no prior knowledge or connection with this great employee.
