The experience at this place was wonderful because my brother, sister, niece, and nephew went into the store and bought candies and drinks, and the people there were very nice, kind, and helpful.

OVER PRICED!!! Charge $44 for a $15 box of 1kg hookah flavor. They were going to give a discount for $30 which is still double. Better off walking to Too shelf smoke shop which is a 2 min walk (if that).

The cigar department has the best selection of high quality cigars. The humidors are in the rear of the establishment. If you are a connoisseur of fine cigars, this is the preeminent source for the discerning cigar aficionado...they maintain a consistent stock at all times. As far as knowledgeable customer service you will have to bring your own knowledge base as a consumer of the luxury lifestyle as the curator of the collection lets it stand on its own merit. Definitely one of New York City's finer collections rivaling even the established Cigar lounges.

Decent smoke shop the only reason I don't give more stars is because they were very rude and didnt help me with any questions I had and unfortunately this has happened every single time I've been there. They have alot of smoke stuff though and some drinks.Also bought some reusable vapes and they broke almost immediately their product is terrible or really old. When I went back for a refund they denied even though it was the next day.

Absolutely horrible experience. I went to return a device that wasn't working about 45 minutes after the initial purchase and was told it was my fault it wouldn't work. I asked for an exchange and was told no. HORRIBLE experience and very rude folks working the counter. Only go to this place if you want terrible service and to waste your money.

Strange people working there , when i asked them did you do delivery they told me yes , but always when I trying to order they told me we can’t do deliver and even told me the reason , Ig guess this scam place with no honor people

They are not a 24 hr store I took a whole cab in the cold got to the store for it to be closed and turned away don’t know how google has this a 24 hr store and it isn’t waste of my money and time
