Terrible, waited 2 hours for someone. No one is doing work. Bankers are just hanging around doing nothing. Don’t come to this terrible Citi. Don’t even get a Citi card, go to chase, they are actually better. Citi is BAD.

I came into the bank the other day with a very difficult situation. After talking with several different bankers, Mr Arceri was able to help me with my issue and provided nothing but a pleasant experience. I recommend going to him
with all banking services.

Citibank has gone to the dogs. They keep restricting my account for no apparent reason and claim they've tried to contact me requesting information but there's no evidence of calls, emails, SMS or letters. They almost derailed my Mortgage closing. I am pulling all my money out and transferring to other banks that treat their clients with dignity and respect.

I was here last week and everyone was very helpful & great. I went back today again to close few of my accounts that got compromised. A nice gentlemen name Mr. Vivekanand Harrinarine helped me. He was friendly, very helpful with a great attitude. The bank tellers were also helpful and professional. This location is great very convenient for me.

Citibank forest Hills to Fifth Ave and Near 45 ave and macys around peak weft universe - do me a favor what happend at my savings account at citibank savings and checking - while closed was money market earning - basically you wont get any earnings at money market Closed - i was waiting my new card from citibank near alhambra - what was this set-up while Target played my balance at target - just after me and my ex husband used more than 4ooo thousand USD or less - what was this card sending bills prints from target and front doors - tripping and all my emails and mails New Card waiting - you send me banks like tom cruise bank tom hanks bank or the shorter gay? plays Italian Mafai and issued Johnny Air Boxes at FEDEX container shipping and what was the clothing issued that every one wants to be claimed for many OWE? or I owe a lot bad words? citibank what was this all about - Barcelona Exorcist harasyments and macdonalds while Homecide two man inside job from saks fifth avenue supervisors managers and Consular Unicef Investigation user Crime rate at criminal invest minds- this are must be arrange for new account citibank savings im waiting for my new card while you send a lot of check book- while my new card citibank credit cards limits and has a personal loan - FYI not for business images that everyone are collecting invest Citibank credit limits investigation - kindly every one are so very violence

Citibank Forest Hills, on May 31st 2022 I went to deposit a workers comp check that I received from a settlement I made with my work insurance. A workers comp Judge authorized that settlement. According to Citibank the "check is fake" and they have it withheld and I don't have a single penny at my disposal. Take the statement of the Judge's decision to Citibank where it is in writing how much money was for the lawyer and how much money was to me. They have that proof that the check is real and has funds, but the Citibank don't want to admit they made a mistake and return my check to me or unblock my account and add it to my balance.
I don't know why the Citibank said the check isn't real. Do not trust Citibank because it is a bank that does not serve well and it is the bank that has often tried to keep money from customers in an illegal way. If anyone have to open an account in a bank do not open it in Citibank of Forest Hills, Queens, 11375 I do not recommend.

I read the low ratings and was prepared to take a long time to do complicated account change at this branch, especially on a Saturday. When we arrived, it was not busy. Banker John took us in. He was courteous and quickly went through what we needed to do. Being unfamiliar with the complexity of the transaction he promptly had the branch manager help out. Within 15 minutes we had the whole thing completed, which was very much of a surprise. We are impressed and grateful for the speed and service at this branch. I think people who get good service usually don't write, only the unhappy ones. Thought I leave a note, especially when I travelled from DC for a whole weekend to get this done. Thank you.
