My mom used to shop here when I was a kid and I haven't been there in years because I rarely buy fine jewelry. I decided go to Chateau to buy a memorable present for my daughter's 18th birthday and I was so glad I did. I found the perfect piece at a reasonable price and the service was excellent. Consumer for 3 decades. Best customer service. Caring, understanding and genuine. From changing batteries to watchbands to purchasing some unique vintage style charms - couldn’t be happier.Had a custom necklace made in 2019 and now having another made for a family member.Highly recommend.
