Horrible customer service , condescending and have no morals . Honestly, it's their job and they're not even aware of how to do it . We meet a Thomas Kruck , worst customer service ever in a bank. He needs to be aware he job is help and educate customers on what chase offers , not tell them they wasting him time . Save your time and go to another Branch or even better another bank . Disappointed in chase customer service, they use to be better .

I have had fantastic customer service in the past from Aaliyah And Sabina I’m not sure if they work here anymore. Each time over the last year, I’ve asked for either one when I go in, I’m told they aren’t there. Even though the other reps always ask how they can help, it’s not with any kind of genuineness. I called a few times as well and no one seems to really want to assist. You’re made to feel they want to pass you on, conversation is rushed so they can hang up. There is an overall poor attitude and low morale here and it’s apparent the minute you walk in. No one even looks up or speaks to you. I’ve been with Chase over 20 years and this is one of the least customer oriented locations.

I went in to request assistance. They were not only unhelpful, but rude and condescending. I’ve never been treated worse by “customer service” than I have today by Chase. They act like they are doing you a favor by attempting to help you, when that is actually their job. You guys need more than sensitivity training, you need downright human training.

This is the worst location I felt I was discriminated by the person that should have helped. I needed to do a wire transfer and he had the nerve to tell me to do it on the app,because it was sat and they were short staff. They really need to have people that are helpful not useless. I will not go back there ever

This 1 star review is solely because of the banker Thomas Kruck.We were 10 min late and made us wait 20 min for a new banker who was wonderful and still was able to finish before the end of our original appointment time with Thomas. Even though she was just transferred that day, had trouble signing in on 2 computers.

I have been trying to call chase branch in Queens and every time I call there the phone automatically goes to tell me go the website. No option to call the branch is given and its very frustrating to go the branch and then find out they don't have that person today etc. chase should do better or they should not provide branch phone number if they are not going to allow customers to talk with a person in the branch.

Several days ago I went to this Chase Branch for a transaction related to Government tax issue. The staffs helped me with all they can and finally the issue has been resolved. Thanks to great efforts from Kim Elizabeth, and the managers Simon and Rob.

The worst customer service ever. The customer before me in line was chatting with the teller for 10 minutes then I was told to step aside to fill out my deposit slip which would have taken 30 seconds. Step aside so that she could help the next customer. I'm saying she because I don't remember her name but it was 12 pm on Saturday November 6. Btw she was the only teller in a Saturday! A Saturday!! Nice management.

I mainly use this branch for the ATMs. It's fine for that. One of the ATMs is currently partly broken, but is still usable for withdrawals.
