I know their working hours are like the olden days, but it's great to come in and not wait long time online. they have maximum 2 customers any time of the day. wish they can longer working hours

Spoke to some older lady that sits behind the desk to get something notarized. She stated " that she has so clue where her Branch Manger is nor will she help me because I'm not customer ". I told her where does it state that being a public notary you have to be part of your establishment???? She couldn't respond!!! Ha She was rude with a nasty attitude while she filling her nails. It's very shocking to see this behavior from a Bank!!!! This bank shouldn't be business. Just stay away ...... very far !

I agree with Herb. What a joke. Everyone here moves at a glacial pace, no sense of urgency, customer service, time is money, nothing. One guy with two elderly tellers, trying to withdraw more cash than the ATM would dispense, and in 20 minutes they couldn't get it done. People behind desks who would get up and slooowwwly shuffle across the room. If you've ever been to a bank in a Florida senior citizen neighborhood, you'll recognize the vibe. It's not about age, it's about having a work ethic: being alert, conscientious, motivated and respectful of people's time, as opposed to phoning it in like these walking zombies do. I finally had to give up and leave. I am sure that nobody noticed, and if they had noticed, they wouldn't have cared.

worst bank in the neighborhood high charges for all services and twice I was double charged by the ATM and once I was robbed by their ATM my account was debited but no money came out also this happened to 2 other people I know. Beware of their ATM. When this bank was the Emigrant bank it was one of the best banks around now its the Rotten Apple savings bank
