Jim, Was professional, and courteous. Jim was in the parking lot waiting on me as I arrived at 0907 for a 0900 appoint on a Saturday. Jim hooked up the trailer for me and checked the lights. Contract was ready, and he confirmed the drop off location for my one way rental. Thank you Jim for your service.

ALTHOUGH we ended up not needing a U-Haul at the last minute, my communication and dialogue with "Jim" was fantastic. Courteous, professional, he truly answers his phone and calls you back. If I was in this area and needed a U-Haul, I'd call Jim in a heartbeat.
