Great staff, decent mid level regional bank. Honestly it would be better if their Tech was more like the bigger banks. My current balance vs available balance rarely match. It’s a slow system… pending transactions are also finicky… otherwise they hold my money and if there ever is a problem its resolved fast and satisfactorily.

Don’t even have access to my own money, it’s been 2 weeks now when they said my hard earned cash would be available next day and they “can’t” do anything about it. I guess since if not their life being affected they don’t care
