Horrendous valet service. The gentleman who works the late evening/night shift really needs a refresher on manners. With the snark looks and aggressive attitude - no wonder this place isn't heavily recommended. Unfortunately they did away with the zip car location that was previously located across the street from me. So this is the nearest hub. The attendants have no regards for our time. I've had instances where I had to wait 5-10 minutes before he was able to fetch the car. But my time with zipcar was already ticking. I ultimately had to call zipcar and explain the situation to them - they did issue a partial refund for the time wasted but I don't have the patience to deal with that on every occasion. I feel bad for saying this but if you're not satisfied with your job - you only have yourself to blame for your lousy situation. Maybe you should've taken school a little more seriously and then wouldn't have to be stuck with a mediocre job.

Most horrible valet parking service ever!! DON'T COME unless you want to waste your money and time!!! I came here today to pick up my Zipcar, but when I got here I found there's no staff in the room that he SUPPOSED TO BE. After 10 minute's waiting and my Zipcar time is already counting, I decided to check around if there's any staff there. Found him down level chilling in the car, and as soon as he saw me, he drove and yelled at me for coming down with no permission. I explained what's going on and he said doesn't matter how long I have to wait. IS HE GONNA COVER MY MONEY AND TIME? LOL. And when he finally came after parked the car he was chilling in, like another FIVE TO TEN minutes, I asked him to pull my car but he asked for my zipcar card, which I'm not supposed to give him. He came back with such cocky attitude and pointed at the entrance and said do you know this is the entrance?? You, STAY, HERE. Lol if you want people to follow the rules then CAN YOU PLEASE ALSO FOLLOW THE RULES so people can find you?? Ridiculous =)
