This old woman with bad attitude, arrogant. I told her to cut my hair with layer, she cut it straight and very short, so disappointed!!!!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I love this parlor. I have been getting my haircut here for more than 20 yrs. Linda may not be the friendliest person but once you get to know her you’ll realize that she is sweet. Another thing that I love about this place is that Linda will never try to sell you their services. I went to other parlors where as soon as you walk in and as you walk out, they are trying to get you to do more.

This review is base on customer quality. Old woman with attitude...I open the door and the first thing she says is not â€HELLO WELCOME†or at least hello...but â€what do u want†being humorous I wanted to say â€I want all ur money†but did not...the atmosphere inside is dingy and uneasy...only one woman working...still want to get my hair cut there just to see if they at least are good with bad attitude...Y.L. CHARM?? maybe the sign say it all â€Y Low Charmâ€?
