Currently I’m in Intern at Great bear auto shop, and I just want to share my experience so far. At first I was scared, this is a new environment that I’ve never been in with people I never seen but overall the experience has been great. Audra the owner has made it a very welcoming environment, her positive mindset always has been something that made me excited about the next day and her workers are all very welcoming. I’m learning new things day by day, gaining experience and knowledge at the same time. I would highly recommend going here for any type of automotive problem you have or to intern here!

This place is amazing. I've been there twice this year with car emergencies and each time my car was quickly serviced. Plus the people there are really nice!!! Will only be seeing them from now on would highly recommend if you have any car issues! Prices are incomparable to other shops around!!

Wow I can't say enough about Great Bear Auto, my mom and I are clueless when it comes to cars and going somewhere that we can trust is essential. Audra and her staff were incredible at putting us at ease with all the work our car needed. She constantly checked in with us knowing we didn't have another car to use. The staff there really goes above and beyond for you and your family. I won't be going anywhere else because I know my money and my car are safe with Audra. We went to another shop and almost scammed but Audra was honest and charged us half the price of the other shop. Her work was outstanding and fast! We got our car back in half the time we thought it would take. Don't go anywhere else, don't look anywhere else, go to great bear auto they will treat you like family!! Thanks Audra!!!

Been coming here for years with my Prius and now my Ford. They make sure to show you the issue via in-person and/or camera recording/pictures to understand what's going on. Then assess what's the best step moving forward would be. Fair price and exceptional service. I always tell people to come here and they never look back.

Their professionalism and kindness is 2nd to none. Their quality of work and thorough knowledge is impressive. Their prices are reasonable and detailed for clarification up front. And the follow up is appreciated!!Cedric went above and beyond to get my cars needs met.I took a class with Audra over 6 years ago and it still serves me to this day.

I have been a customer of Great Bear/Women Auto Know for a very long time. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They will never recommend work that does not need to be done (I've been finagled so many times by other auto repair shops that I really appreciate their honesty) and also provide alternative options that are cost friendly. What I like the most about them is they will walk through and explain in detail showing you the damage of the parts in the vehicle. It is also very refreshing to know that the business is owned by a female (because this industry is predominantly male). I definitely recommend this auto repair shop for future repairs needed.

Very reliable, honest, and professional. Audra and the mechanic team has been a great help for me. They are located in flushing and it is very easy to get to. The location is not crowded at all and there is a lot around the area while you wait.

After searching around for a trustworthy shop, I finally landed here. Audra and the team here are kind and professional, and don't try to sell you on any BS. Prices are fair but service is exceptional.

Bunch of scammers. Was quoted one price one day and was told they had the parts to complete the job asap. Dropped off my car to get it fixed, all of a sudden was told that the job was now $500 above the quoted price and they didn't have the part at the shop. Icing on the cake: when I went to pick up my car, I was told my car probably didn't need one of the services it received bc it didn't make a difference and was charged for it. Mind you, the mechanic stated I needed it when I first brought it in since it was "affecting my car performance.". never again....save yourself the time/effort/sanity go somewhere reputable

This shop is great! Owner Audra is very knowledgeable and great at explaining things. Carrie is super personable and very helpful. The staff is amazing and they do hobest work!

I've known Audra and her crew at Great Bear on Sanford for years as as an LIRR employee, they fix vehicles for the LIRR . I was working last Friday in the Flushing area and happened to have a tire blowout on my car . I know they do quality work , are honest and fair . They took me in around closing, got me a new tire at a good price and out of the door very quickly, it was super appreciated after a long day at work. If you're in the area and looking for a quality, honest auto repair shop give them a chance, you'll be happy that you did . Happily recommended without reservations
