I went to this store because I needed a pump. and wanted to shop at nearby community store. I am the office manager at the local church I showed them the pump i needed and they said that this new pump would work. They are professionals and know what they are doing. I purchased the new pump and even signed a no return policy. I came back to install the new pump found out it was not the right pump. It was 20 minutes and so i went back and asked if i could return the pump that they said would work they said no return. When there store was robbed couple of years ago i allowed the cops to come and look at security cameras on the church grounds to catch the robbers. Its sad how this company works this way. i went by there advice and i can only think they are robbers.

I needed some piping and some adapters in a pinch and they were very helpful over the phone. When I couldn't troubleshoot over the phone, I asked if I can bring the parts in and they helped me out without offering to sell me additional parts or services. Businesses like these are an asset to the community especially during the pandemic.

During pandemic when they say businesses can't overcharge, they should look at this place. I needed a part for my sink and my husband wanted to support local businesses, however, their price was almost double Home Depot, Amazon and others. They had the part but I was totally ripped off. A business like this doesn't deserve support.

Went here for a replacement head for my Grohe kitchen faucet. Very nice people helped us figure out which model. Got home and since we’re not plumbers it leaked. Went back to the store with new and old part. Jimmy the owner said where do you live ? And came to our house to install the part !! Works perfect and love it. Shop local ! Great customer service.

Knowledgeable staff, well stocked store. Visited two times in the last month and was in and out in 5 minutes -with exactly what I needed. Try doing that in a big box store.

They have everything you needed for plumbing. If they don't they can order it in for for. But his place is a little pricey. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
