A few days earlier the heart felt very uncomfortable, immediately call to make an appointment, the lady at the front desk immediately helped me to arrange a time to see the doctor. Dr. Zheng patiently asked me about my physical condition, conducted a professional examination, and finally referred me to a cardiologist. Dr Li Zheng is very knowledgeable and compassionate and kind hearted doctor. Right place for treatment. Doctor and his staff is very helpful, gives you right treatment and works for the resolution for your problem. Always recommend as the best family care physician in the area.

The last few times I called in, before I speak my first word, the first sentence of their front desk lady was hurriedly asking me to wait a moment , and then it will be a long silence wait time over 5 minutes. Even if the phone was disconnected unexpectedly, there would be no call back. Ironically, their rep was very professional last month and frequently calling my phone & left messages to remind me to take the annual physical. It's a pretty frustrating experience.

I just left this office about an half hour ago. I made an appointment for my mother and we got there early to fill out paperwork. After doing all that, I decided to cancel my mom's appointment on the spot and leave.First, the staff was rude as heck. One didn't even look up to acknowledge our existence while she was taking phone calls nonstop. I asked if we needed to fill out paperwork since it was our first time visiting and she begrudgingly gave me forma to fill out.After filling out forms, another staff member was behind the desk and looking at me so I thought I could give her the paperwork. When I asked if she wanted to make copies of my mother's insurance cards, she said, "hold on!" in such a curt fashion that it somewhat gave me pause. After thinking about the interaction I've experienced in just 15 minutes of being there, I asked for my mom's insurance cards back and said I'm canceling my appointment. The receptionist asked, "what happened?" And I said I don't feel comfortable in their establishment and will find another doctor.Really dodged a bullet by leaving. I was tricked by their high score in Google but you learn sometimes it's not accurate.

Likes this old office. But hate the new office cuz make me wait around 1hour 30min and stay for like 5min for blood test report. Like I called to ask if I can come early. Probably never going to new one and would not recommend anyone to go there. This not my real name so cant find me though.

The front desk always set up my appointments wrong, 3 time in a row, one time I even question them, but they insist I need a check up, and once I get there, they said they make mistakes and sent me home. Do they even care their mistake cost me my time and transportation money.

Excellent doctor! Friendly, easy to talk to, and treats you like a human being with feelings and intelligence. He is great with kids too! He is such a great doctor you have to make appointments in way in advance.

The doctor really seemed concerned and cared for my needs while I was explaining myself to her. I am glad and hope to see good long-term changes in my health with the treatment that she has me under. So far it has been a couple of weeks and I already feel more energetic and healthier. Thank you!!

Everyone is so kind here. They make you feel heard and taken care of. The doctor takes time with you and you can see that he has a lot of empathy toward each of his patients?
