Absolutely recommended. I purchased my HM Aeron from them after pandemic with a very fair price. It is super clean and fully adjustable. Looks almost new I really can’t tell it is refurbished.

[IMPORTANT] All cash sales are final, their 30 day saturation guarantee does not apply to cash sales. I unfortunately bought a chair that didn’t suit me with cash, completely my mistake. Despite cash sales being final, the owner Walter was really understanding and hooked me up with an exchange. Although, I do wish this information was more obvious. It wasn’t explained to me verbally and isnt printed on their sites return policy. Besides that, WB is legit.

Purchased a classic refurb aeron from this shop in feb 2022 and i am throughly pleased with my purchase. The chair was delivered in perfect condition within 3 days. The value for money is great and i would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to purchase a high-end office chair

Update: Chair shipped exactly when WB told me it would. It arrived in good shape, and my recipient loves it! I was very worried about ordering a refurbished chair given people's poor experiences with other companies, but my experience with WB has been good from start to finish. Perhaps I will buy a fancy chair for myself now!

I purchased a Renewed Classic Herman Miller Aeron Chair w/ Posturefit and it looks and feels close to brand new. After speaking with Walter, I was reassured by his extensive expertise, refurbishing process, and that they use authentic warrantied Herman Miller parts. They steam cleaned the mesh, cleaned the chair, replaced the mesh seat with a brand new one, replaced the Posturefit Pad, installed new arm pads and wheels.A week prior to finding WB Office Furniture, I purchased a "like new" chair from another company in NY and I had to ship it back because it was not close the condition they advertised. In my experience, this company pays attention to the details, does what they say, and has been a pleasure to work with. They even shipped out my chair the same day and I received it a few days later. Great service, reasonably priced, and well worth your business. Do yourself a favor and skip the other companies out there.

Great experience buying a refurbished Aeron chair. Fast and clear communications, the chair arrived next day. When I had issues with adjusting a screw that prevented the chair from going down on its own, Walter sent someone to assist or replace the chair. The new chair had an issue with comfort in the seat and I requested to get my original chair back. Amazing support, even though my chair ended up being a hassle for the shop with multiple trips. Very professional and understanding staff, many thanks! Highly recommend.

Bought a refurbished Aeron chair and to be honest I wouldnt be able to tell the difference between the chair I got and a brand new one.. Arranged delivery within 2 days of inquiry, and came at the exact time that we scheduled.. Very happy and would do it all over again. Thanks!

I don’t write reviews for name brand stores, only small stores that could get more traffic. Bought a refurbished Aeron online, was shipped and delivered across the country in 2 days with very protected wrapping and box. Chair itself is in excellent condition for being used, having saved $500 for buying used. Would recommend.

Bought a refurbished Aeron from WB for a super reasonable price and it was delivered quickly in mint condition. I had a small issue with the chair so Walter had a replacement delivered to me in less than 24 hours. You never expect such a great customer experience when you buy things gently used but WB exceeded expectations and I'm going to be passing their name onto several friends building out their home offices.
