Most likely the worst Walgreens in the Country. Everyone is miserable. The pharmacy staff is miserable. Cashiers are miserable. Every employee is miserable. One word to describe this Walgreens. MISERABLE.

I booked my Covid shot a week in advance, showed up at the store at the appointed time, and was told that they had no record of my appointment. Well okay, that might be an issue with the city's covid website or something. But wait, it gets even worse.I reluctantly make another appointment. I'm angry and disappointed, shocked really at the lack of professionalism. And then, seven hours after I leave the store, they call me at home - to cancel the appointment.Seriously??

I was interested in a food item that was locked up. I pressed the bell button 3 times. No employee came. As a result, I walked out of the store.

they are bunch scammers! I've got an apple card for my son and the code was invalid. they refused to look into it 10 mins after i bought it ! they asked me to contact apple myself and when I did it, I was informed the card was redeemed last year sept 2022!they have people stealing right infront of them and they don't say a word and meanwhile they employees are scamming costumers. DO NOT USE UR DEBIT CARDS or CREDIT CARDs ! DO NOT BUY ANY Kinds of Gift cards !

Minus stars. Worst management. Worst pharmacy. Kept me on hold for 39 minutes and the disconnected me. Called the manager who told me she will tell them to answer my call and then she promptly hung up. Happens every time. The cramped pharmacy area is a COVID incubator. Corporate is asleep at the wheel

No one ever answers the phone at the pharmacy. This has been an ongoing issue for years now and they never change. I will be switching to a different pharmacy due to this inconvenience.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. This African American woman started yelling at my boyfriend and I because my boyfriend put something back on the shelf while she quickly stormed by him. She spit at us, called us racist remarks myself an "immigrant" and my boyfriend a "cracker" completely unacceptable. She kept yelling I have a pepper spray I will spray you she was harassing us completely as were waiting in line that she will spray us. She kept telling us we're fat overweight just attacking us wouldn't stop yelling. There were kids around and she was yelling "suck my d***" just a complete disgrace of a person. We told the cashier who told the manager whom was next to him ringing up customers to kick her out because she is being unreasonable and would not stop. She DID NOT de escalate the situation she was also African American she just kept ignoring us and her. This is completely unacceptable as a manager we did not feel safe at the store because she kept yelling and she SPIT AT US! Never come to this Walgreens you are not safe.
Beware of the woman below she will spit at you, curse at you, threaten to pepper spray you!

this is the worst walgreens i've ever been too, i'm talking about the pharmacy. worse customer service, when you call to see if your meds are ready they keep you on hold for an hour or more. then they hang up on you. so i keep calling back finally someone answers. then when i ask if meds are ready right away they say insurance issues. then i call the insurance co. and the say we approved it yesterday. they never call back once they call to see if it's approved and it's too early they say call your insurance co. so i got to call. every month i go through the same bull. time to go to rite aid buy.
