My ems from korea did not have the correct address. The staff @ this post office, I think her name is yeelai helped me to locate the driver with my package. Also the driver called me back to let me know where his truck is at. Thank you all for being super friendly & helpful!!

This post office just gets worse everyday. Employees ARE SUPER RUDE! they are lazy to unpack the pre paid packages out of the bin and bring in back in the front. I went in to drop off my packages since they all had pre paid labels and there was no bin and just packages on the floor where the bin usually is. I asked the lady what happened to the bin and she said there is none and told me to wait on line. The line does not move at all what’s so ever. I don’t know how this place is still opened. Usually when I have loads of packages to drop off they let me bring them into the back and place them in the bin
Which is also super un safe! they either need to hire all new people or just shut this place down immediately. They shouldn’t even be getting paid for the “job” being done here.

I went right when they opened on a Tuesday, and the woman working there was lovely. Quick and efficient service!

Life was so much easier when there was a dropoff cart. Now I have to wait so long just to drop off a prepaid package. Service is hit and miss, sometimes the staff are nice others not so much. Depends what they had for lunch. Please bring back the dropoff cart. Thank you!

Worst manager ever! That woman is making your life so much complicated. Never ever come back again and I suggest usps closing this store immediately and lay off this manager. And Don't leave my packages here, because I want to close early ????

I just went there today. Such bad service and attitude I never seen that before. This weman was very bad and rude attitude. Please let me know if you don't want give to me my package. You check my ID and my driver license. Just want me waiting for redelivery. But You guys missed me a few times. I don't know what you guys doing here. It's not service for the customers. I even doubt who is customers. I hope everyone see this review. It should be closed. Because they are all robots and have very bad attitudes. The worst post office

I came over to mail a letter, and this woman was like a lunatic, yelling at me, I don't know why the US Postal Service hired this lunatic as an employee! There is absolutely no reason for the vicious person to tell me to get out of here. Is this the service attitude of the post office? This black employee is really mentally ill
