I went with a flat tire.
They took my money and replaced the tire.
The tire was wrong one.
I went to complain.
They kept the tire.

Just stopped by hoping to just quickly put air in my tires but the gentleman working, Leo, went out of his way to help me extra! He noticed it was possibly a leak in the tire, took it off and checked and realized what the actual problem was. Took care of it, only $25. And also- I rolled up 5 minutes before closing! He was so nice and helpful and said it was no problem to take care of it for me. Would totally recommend and come again.

Absolute cooks. I've had my tires replaced three times in the 8 years I've owned my car.
Goodyear Eagles. Always $180/tire, plus or minus twenty bucks depending on where I take it.
So when I heard I needed a tire replaced, I casually said to the guy "How much is it? Around 180 bucks?"
The guy tells me $200.
Okay, no big deal.
But then they give me 2 Atlander tires that cost $100 dollars each.
Then when I question it, they try to tell me that's because of the cost of the labor?
And of course the owner wasn't around either.
The tires don't even look new. Which means they gave me used tires and charged me $200 each for them.
If the owners read this, look up the meaning of "Lifetime Customer Value." That's what you lose by doing things like this.

Great experience with friendly staff here. I called in advance to see if they could patch my tire that was leaking air. Came in and job was done in less than 10 minutes. Price was exactly as informed during the call. All smooth sailing, and I will definitely come back in the future for more work on my car tires! Thank you!

Brought my Tesla in because of a flat but was worried about having it lifted with a jack due to the need of the jack puck for teslas. When I came in I didn’t even need to ask if they have them the person that helped me knew to use them right away, I was charged $25 for a plug which was okay for me. If your Tesla has a flat you can bring yours here without worrying about damage to the battery from lifting the car.

They invent a price according to your face. Demanded $35 to fix a flat when I asked why he said because it’s an SUV. I said the hole is a hole , he said F you never come back $35.. don’t go near them a bunch of thieves, cheaters con artist

These guys will literally tell you your wife came in a Range Rover so she has to pay extra.
Then they’ll say we patched and plugged the tire. Which is b.s
You can either patch or plug it not both
Then they will proceed to tell her she needs new tires when the ones on the car are 3 months old
Unprofessional, con artist, sneaky.
BBB is my next step

Be careful when you come to fix your flat tire, they will tell you “your tire is done and can explode in the future if they fixed it” just to get you to buy a new or used overpriced tire from them. I watched them do it few times to different customers. I didn’t try any other of thier services so I can’t judge.

Let me lay it out straight: over 14 months, I've had to replace two batteries from this shop, and both times were a nightmare. The latest battery, only five months old, conked out, and did they honor the warranty? No chance. They basically threw me out, telling me to deal with Interstate Batteries, which isn't how it works. Interstate doesn't handle these things unless you show up with the battery in hand, not installed in your car!The alignment drama was just as bad. First time, I had to go back four times because their machine couldn't get its act together. The second time, I didn't even bother with their service - just showed them proof from another place that the alignment was off. They wouldn't listen. The owner's son told me flat out to go elsewhere, refusing to admit their equipment is a mess. This place doesn't take feedback, doesn't respect warranties, and treats loyal customers like a pain in the neck. After years of giving them business, I finally checked their reviews - a dismal 2.5 stars. I kicked myself for not looking sooner. It's my bad for trusting them for so long, but it's on you if you go here after reading my warning.I'm taking this to consumer affairs because it's not right. So, consider yourself informed: if you want to save your money and your sanity, stay away from this tire shop!I could have written this review a long time ago. They totally deserved it after so long. After four years of being a regular, it was about time to dish out
