Terrible, Terrible, Terrible customer service whose name is Sethi. Entering at 4:53PM and store closed at 5:00 PM. I just drop off the package and nobody is waiting. Sethi has the terrible attitude like kicking you out of door. After scanned my label, he declined to accept my package. Don’t understand why waste my time and trick me. This is UPS service . Avoid this store.

I went to the store to pick up my package, the clerk looked around and told me its not here. I confirmed with the clerk that I was at the right store and showed the tracking number said it delivered to this specific store. A different clerk told me UPS lied. I asked them to check again, the clerk instead was told maybe I should come back later and went off to talk a different customer. What kind of customer service is this?

Come for the printing stay for the vibes. Honestly hate having to interact with people just to get some decent prints in color but the staff here makes my trip so pleasant I was compelled to share my experience. They’re always kind and would swiftly help you with what you need so you get to promptly move on with your day. 10/10 would recommend.

I paid $120 for them to wrap/package and ship 2 handmade ceramic vases. I emphasized many times that the ceramic needed to be properly wrapped for transit. Upon delivery, the vases were completely shattered and powdered. These were handmade pieces that cannot be replaced. They had wrapped 1 thin layer of bubble wrap around each vase. Absolutely unacceptable and absurd. Do NOT use them for packaging service. They are unprofessional and take no responsibility.

Terrible experience. The staff at this UPS Store took my phone without my permission and canceled my Amazon return request, which caused Amazon to permanently block the return. I lost over $1000 because of this unauthorized action.
When I asked the staff why he did that, he just told me to “go away.” This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and damaging to customers. UPS should take full responsibility for this!

Extremely rude staff who didn't understand his own biometric machine. His own demonstration as to how his machine wasn't broken and that it was my own fault even had the machine unable to scan his own hand properly.

Horrible customer service and misinformation at this UPS location. I attempted to ship an Amazon return but a UPS employee misled me to believe that I needed special packaging that they could provide for $100+. They insisted even though my Amazon return said nothing of this. I took my package to another UPS store and it was accepted with no questions asked.
Avoid this location unless you want to be cheated by their employees.

But the ups at 41st Ave zip code 11355 charging only $1 or even 0.25ct

Maybe I missed the shift of the “friendly”staff, beware of the them ripping you off, they want to charge me $3 for asking to use 1 piece of tape for return box.
