Nickel and dime outfit that charges you a labor hour just to look at a car. Pricey and small narrow shop with very little parking outside. Don't recommend and suggest you go elsewhere more reasonable for your German car needs.

I cannot say enough bad things about these crooks! When I 1st had my Audi fixed, Mike tried to buy my 2009 Audi A4Quattro from me but I would not sell to him. After all, why do I have a car if not to have fun driving? When I refused to sell to him, he had his assistant Andre take care of me instead. The last time Andre "took care" of my car was when the sunroof started leaking and caused the computer to display signal problems such as the passenger door not locking, the alarm system not engaged bc the door wouldn't lock. Well, guess what? I bought the car in to stop the leakage and it cost me an arm and a leg and instead of them fixing the leak problem, all they did was fix the signaling problems so that the door signal problems were no longer displayed but yet the leak was never fixed & in a couple months, the leak continued without my knowledge and leaked into & completely rusted the main computer and now my car will not start and is a piece of junk bc the computer no longer works due to Tyrol Sports never fixing the sunroof leak problem, which was what they were paid to fix & which was what they were supposed to do. The irony is that their computer guy bought my car that wouldn't start and was otherwise in perfect condition for a bargain, so they ended up getting what they wanted to scam me into, in the 1st place. Way to go, Mike & Andre, for being such good con artists & scammers, especially to women!!!

So that everyone is aware, I placed a 1 star review with no context / post but after Mikes pompous reply and 3rd+ opportunity to make things right he chose the wrong path yet again so here it is some context for everyone.
As they say the truth hurts and it couldn't be more obvious with your pompous response. There are many reasons why you haven't heard from me since that time and you can read the following below and you better believe you'll never see me again or any of my friends & referrals.
You had this review coming a long time ago and now since you want to be a smart-Aleck maybe I should let everyone know the reason why you got a one-star review.
I only patronize businesses that deserve it and let people know which ones they should stay away from and beware of like yours. So take your long due one-star review. And you are very right, I am fond of giving crummy businesses a well-deserved 1 star review like yours.
Of course you wish me luck, you got over $30,000 from me and blew up my motor while my car was in your possession and like I said you took zero responsibility for it.
So your pompous remarks aren't going to fly with me. If you knew I was wrong you wouldn't have even responded to the post especially the way you did. Or are you mad that you didn't get to poach my car on top of everything at auction?
How can you let your customer who has heavily invested in their car drive around with a blown motor after all the headaches I went through, ... the HP "gains" from Dyno were NON existent, you tried making excuses that the car was HOT, etc. Best part is the amount of black smoke that was pouring out of my exhaust and all the bogging you're telling me you didnt know my car was mangled???
So you are either a TERRIBLE "mechanic" or a LIAR.
Which one is it Mike?
You should also be fond of your 100 reviews after 15+ years in "business"

I previously had terrible experiences with dealerships in the city. When my catalytic converter got stolen, I came here and they were amazing to deal with. Very knowledgeable, timely, fair, and personally care about their customers. Will definitely keep going back.

I brung my Mk7 golf R here twice already! One for power mirrors coding, and the other for some maintenance with a tsi timing chain service, and did me a solid installing my pcv valve while at it. I also did a brake flush, and coolant flush. Andre and mike are always helpful and pricing is fair in my opinion. Will be back!

They're busy guys, and appointment might take a little time, but they're worth the wait. Took my 2015 VW Jetta to Tyrol and they diagnosed the problem, changed a blown sensor and did apr stage 1 the same day. All at a fair price. Andre and staff know their stuff and I will definitely be back for service and/or upgrades.

Mike and Andre are super knowledgeable in modifications on my VW Golf R. They really went above and beyond and actually opened shop early just to accommodate my work schedule. The job took less time than anticipated, and so they even gave me a discount on the quoted price. Super honest guys and that’s rare to find these days. Will definitely be back!
