First off I would like to say that working at Home Depot is no easy job. I went in there with not a clue of what I was looking to buy for a diy project. Brian helped me so much with my paint stain in the paint department. Robert and Big Shot helped me in retrieving my 4by4 posts. Pedro helped me looked up the inventory to make sure it was in stock. Lastly Ethan was at the exit door and asked me if I needed help placing my large posts in my car. Everyone was so helpful at this location and I wanted their efforts to be recognized. I would definitely recommend this location in to future to anyone that has to visit a Home Depot. Thank you everyone again for your help:)

Long line and only two cashier's only. Yet five employees standing around checkout area. Now I'm late for work and this HD just cost me $35 in loss wages.Whether the few lines is extreme loss prevention or incompetency in scheduling, it is terrible.

It's not often I will review a large corporation business, however I do feel this Home Depot location deserves all 5 stars plus more. My wife and I always come to this Home Depot for most of our DIY purchases no matter where we are. There is always parking in the lot, and the store is usually not crowded. When asking sales associates for assistance, they walk you to the item you're looking for and if it's not the right fit, they will try their best to help out. Moreover, tonight my wife and I went to purchase a washer and dryer, after completing the purchase, we changed our mind. Our sales rep Gil was incredibly polite and helpful when canceling our order and placing a new order, he also need a manager to assist with the canceling and she deserves and award for her exceptional professional customer support. Thanks again, Home Depot, Gil and Ana for making this purchase a wonderful experience.

Ordered a foldable table through scheduled delivery (which is a fee). I live in a busy apartment complex and instead of taking the item inside the building they left it on the street. Of course I didn't receive my item because it's on a busy street. When I called they said because I didn't pay even more they couldn't walk it through the doors of my complex. They said they can't refund me and I have to get a chargeback.

Shelves are always empty and the workers are very RUDE and can't be bothered to answer any questions. Place sucks!

This parking is robbery today I drove my sister to the store and no parking near by the front so i let her go inside to first and I parked my car and go grab a coffee next to the car in 10 mins and my car was booted, they said you can't step outside the parking . Me And another 3 persons (one is smoking outside the parking wait her wife, another ine is not find right flower/ the 3rd is just sitting by the wall wait her son inside the store same like me)went to store ask the Mangement and also shows her our family is buying stuff but Mangement said it is policy, driver can't stay outside the parking! we are not their consumer if we are not going to store with our family or friends? i will bring my receipt and ticket to report this store . If they are care their customers they just need car shows their receipt! this is discrimination !

I like this Home Depot as it is one of the better ones. The one issue I do have is when you look for a product online and it says 5 in stock but when you go to this store and you discover they have 0 it is very frustrating. They do not update their inventory online. This has happened to me a few times now.

I like this HD a lot, its clean and has more options then most HD stores around. It also happens to be pretty large and has lots of parking, never really crowded which is all great. Customer service here could really use some work though. If you order anything online for pick-up it takes them forever to get the item! its like the person goes to the bathroom, gets a snack and then goes looking for your order. This past week was probably the worst HD employee experience I had ever had in the Garden section where an 80Lbs Indian girl with a hook nose and a baseball cap (wish she had a name tag for better ref then my description) was aggressively rearrange the plants. Wherever we went she suddenly needed to move stuff around in that area, finally when I asked her about a product she snapped yelling "what you see is whats here" and walked away. Later when I walked back around I saw her sitting on her phone chatting literally in the bushes. I understand we all have bad days, but maybe don't take it out on elderly folks who just want to buy a flower pot... I hope HD hires people who are better qualified for customer care, or just overall nicer. No one deserves to get an attitude for asking for help from a store staff member.

Nice big store well stocked. But the employees are horrible do not ask for any advice they just growl at you. The supervisor in customer service is the worst she needs to go to training school. Worst of all there's no one to complain to. Go to the Home Depot in Flushing or East Elmhurst you won't regret it.

Ordered a refrigerator and they wasted my time saying that it was in stock when it was not. I could have ordered it from somewhere else. Need better inventory control! Bad customer service! Put me on hold for a long time and then transferred me to voicemail. There was no one on the floor to help you. Do not recommend. I ended up spending more money at PC Richards, which has excellent customer service and real people who can help you.

I ordered 2 bottles of 5W-30 oil for pick up. When I arrived, I scanned my code and a locker opened without anything inside. I went inside the store to seek help. A cashier printed out my order and dispatched a floor emoloyee to get the products from the aisle. That employee slowly walked away. After what seemed like an eternity, he strolled leisurely back with 2 bottles of the WRONG products. The cashier left her station and quickly retrieved the right items for me. What should have been an easy/quick pick up turned out even longer than just a regular visit. Very disappointing

I went to the store on April 8 to purchase a Grill. Since the sign stated free assembly and delivery on grills over $399 we purchased a Weber grill. Was told it would be assembled on the following Thursday the 15th and delivered on the 16th. On the the 16th the order tracking changed the delivery first to the 17 and then 21st. Called customer service and was told that there was a mixup and the grill was never put in for assembly. Made arrangements for it to be assembled and delivered today April 21 between 6am and 10am. Got a call from the delivery driver at 7:30 saying he had the grill but it was in the box not assembled because the store doesn't do assembly. I told him not to deliver and called the store. I spoke with the assistant manager after going through the whole history of the order they have assured me it will be delivered assembled on Friday. The service at Home Depot is terrible. I should have gone to Pc Richards where I have never had a problem. Live and learn I would like to thank Lorraine and Mike for finally getting my Weber BBQ delivered fully assembled. It took four attempts to get it delivered correctly but finally it made it because of Lorraine and Mike going the extra mile.

I placed orders through curbside pickup and each time, I was left feeling very uncomfortable because of the fact that COVID-19 guidelines were being dismissed by employees. When an employee approached my car, she expected me to know what she needed me to show her without verbalizing anything. When I showed her my phone through the closed window, she seemed to be annoyed and said she couldn't see it (even though it was on the brightest setting) and only then told me she needed ID. I showed my ID, then she left without saying anything, leaving me wondering where my items were. When she returned, she started talking to me through the closed window. I responded to her question, and she again got annoyed at me and said I need to open the window. This is supposed to be CONTACTLESS curbside pick-up though. And this is not the first time I've experienced issues like this at this particular Home Depot. The staff at this Home Depot needs better training on COVID-19 guidelines, especially considering we're currently going through the worst of this pandemic as we speak.

Not too crowded, helpful staff. Have to mention the cashier, Bagner... wasn't looking forward to going shopping after a crazy day at work but I have to say Bagner's exceptionally cheerful attitude and infectious smile was a welcome & refreshing end to the day. Both my husband & I left smiling thanks to Bagner!
