I been to a lot of stores in Brooklyn, Staten Island and Queens, this is by far the best selection of tiles.
They have tiles for evert style not just modern or what everyone use this days because it is just "in right now".
Customer service is also ine of the best! They are not in your face trying to sell you staff, they let you look, but very helpfull if you have Q?.
Recommend to come here before anywhere else.
I bought backslash tiles here 7 years ago and came back for more.
Also brought my sister to shop fir her new house .
We found everything we needed here!

Prices are more expensive than other stores in the surrounding area. Sales people are slow and careless about the customers. All the cars in the parking lot belongs to the repair shop and they have no customer in the store.

Service very helpful and will assist with sourcing materials, making sure you have all the tile grout and setting material you need, etc. and transitions..... Found them very helpful and the stone turned out so great other friends went to buy it too and use in their bathrooms as well!

Zero star! For the moment I walked in I know I wasn't welcome. I hate to use the race card but it felt like it. The gentleman at the front ( I don't know his nationality, but he is not Asian, I think Hispanic) was very rude and dismissive! I did purchase a few tile, yes that was really stupid because I should have taken my business elsewhere; but I like the black tiles and I want it. Make a long story short, when I got home the tiles didn't match so I attempted to return them, i went around 8:30AM, the same sale man told me that I had to come back after noon because they do not give refunds before 12! I know god has worked on me over the years, so I walked out and never returned! So, yes I have around 4-5 boxes of unused tiles. You see, people are just overall miserable within themselves, I refuse to let some sale rep take me to a negative place. I could have called the cops and make a scene because thats what they wanted, to most all Black people are ignorant, but today luv. Tile world will never get a recommendation from me.
